This was really good value, spacious apartment, clean, plenty of towels - there was no microwave and the blinds didn't really block out the light but really there was very little to complain about. The receptionists were efficient, polite and friendly. There was no sound from other apartments or even from people walking around/doors banging as is usual in hotels - there was some outside noise but as the apartments are so central and close to Canal St that was not a surprise. Very convenient location. Would definitely recommend and look forward to returning soon.

Fantastic apartment. Had everything we needed and was very clean and tidy. Our only small issue was being located opposite Canal Street because we could hear the bars until the early hours. Although that is our fault for not checking the location before hand. Highly recommended.

Our visit was spolied by simple problems with the apartment. The shower (which is a known problem) My husband took a shower and found the water already going cold. He 'boosted'the heater as advised however of the 3 remaining people 2 had a cold shower and 1 didn't get a shower at all. The second problem was the 2nd 'bed' . Please take a look at the windows in 216 and you will see there is little wonder about the draughts and noise on what is a VERY busy street on a Friday evening. We ended up using the heater all night to counteract what was literally a 'breeze' coming in through the holes which is obviously an expensive option for the company.
It may also be an idea to mention the size of the 2nd bed in your adverts as my husband nor son both 6' plus, simply could NOT fit into the second bed.
This was such a shame as it could easily be the most perfect apartment in such a prime location with all facilities ideal for a city stay and staff who were pleasant and efficient

Apartments were smaller than we thought and facilities were limited. Small television and living room was smaller tham imagined. The shower was limp and the water trickled out and at one temperature. WOuld not recommend this apartment.

The facilities available were good but I didn't book a twin room so was surprised that there were two single beds.

Lovely apartments. Well equipped, very clean and comfortable. Reception staff were extremely helpful and polite. Would definitely go again and recommend to anyone wanting to stay in Manchester. Great value for money.

We booked a 2 bedroom apartment for 4 adults. We asked for twin beds in both rooms and that's what we got. There was loads of comfy living space, it was so much nicer than staying in a hotel and having to sit on someone's bed while socialising. The kitchen was great, so we could keep all our drinks cold and make what we wanted for breakfast. It was also much cheaper than a hotel when you share the cost between four.

Overall I wasn't greatly impressed about apartment. Lift out of order, found it difficult to off load luggage as situated on a busy road, furniture in rooms were worn and dated, very basic, unpleasant odour coming from bathroom. The sofabed can sleep 2 small kids not 2 adults.
I won't be staying here again.

1. Internet connection not included in price of room, worse still, staff seemed unable to connect me when I tried to pay for it. Had to go to a cafe to get online
2. Wash hand basin had no plug. Apparently they take them out to avoid floods!
3. Door into bathroom very awkward to open
4. TV poor quality - would expect flat screen at this price
5. Windows don't open fully. Was there in a heatwave and quite stifled in spite of the fan.
If you ignore these faults, it wasn't too bad. Well equipped, and considering it is in the City Centre, relatively peaceful.

We paid £125 for 3 of us to share a 1 bed apartment, I found the price a little expensive but as Take That were performing I suspect the prices had been inflated.
The apartment was OK but could have done with a microwave in the kitchen area.
The location was good, but staying on the ground floor meant we were disturbed by buses going past on the main road.
I would probably stay again if the price was a little cheaper but would definitely request a room above ground floor level.

Appartment was large, very open, however decisively average. for the expensive price, it offes a large appartment, and thats about it. Door was broken on the bathroom. TV had no remote, and was very old. The whole appartment seemed old and needed renovation. A plus side is the appartments central location. but unfortunatly thats all i can see as a positive. One night staff member was ignorant, rude, lazy, and incredibly un-helpful. I did'nt realise how asking for an extra sheet could become one of the most complex of tasks. Large rooms, Great location, average to poor on everything else.

We stayed in the Executive One Bedroom Apartment. The bedroom bed was sunken and was very bad for our backs especially the one on the left. Had to rearrange it to make it more comfortable but it didn't help. We slept on both outer edges.
We realized that the sink was leaking on the second day and it was fixed upon request, the electric kettle was replaced with a better one.
The morning reception was not warm (not really sincere, since every time he looked at the computer to end the conversation) especially in giving help in terms of directions. We didn't realize that we can ask for umbrellas (we overlooked the facilities, we only knew of the provisions when we were in Glasgow since the reception offered the umbrellas when it was raining) but here the reception did not offer though it was raining every morning when we left. No issue with the reception in the evening, they were more warm in providing services.

Excellent value for money. Our apartment was warm clean and tidy with adequate facilities. Could have done with more pillows but beds were comfy. Staff were very friendly. Would stay here again. Have already recommended these apartments to friends.

Very nice apartment, good location & found it easy. Not quite as close to the main nightlife as we'd hav liked but good all the same. Only issue was that we had no baking trays!! If split between 4 of you the cost isn't too bad but add on parking for a full 24 hours & it all adds up. All in all I'd definitely recommend it.
Great, no problems at all.
