    We requested an additional single bed that turned out to be a decrepid camp bed that was not safe or comfortable to sleep on. Only 6 sets of cutlery was available even though we had requested the extra bed and they were aware that there were 7 people staying.

    The ensuite bathroom smelt of sewage and dishwasher tablets were not provided for the dishwasher.
