Spacious, clean, lovely and warm, some complimentary supplies to help with first day or two ie jam, margarine, bread. This was better than we expected. Brillant for two adults, two teenagers and a 9 year old. Thank you.

The apartment was very spacious, well equipped, with a pleasant aspect. Excellent in that, as there were 6 of us the extra 2 beds were not charged for, [as they are by competitors]. This was a real bonus as some members of the party were not there for the full 3 nights. Had 2 80+ year olds with us and apartment was good for them e.g. lifts, spacious rooms - only thing was there could have been a grab rail in the bath [no slip mat in bath] for when taking a shower. I did feel the same too. Some parts of apartment needed dusting and there were no 6chairs to sit at the table [ we had to use a side table with a cushion on it!! All in all a fabulous location, easy, flat walking to Globe theatre and Brick Lane {we came for our daughters exhibition]. Also good bus &tube links. Used lugggage store facilities on last day as our train home was not until 7.30pm. Thanks you on behalf of all of us - we will come again. Howe family 17 -2oth June2010
