The apartments boast the following amenities:
All apartments are fully furnished and include washer-dryers, dishwashers, fridge freezers and cooking facilities. (Metro Apartments have microwave ovens only.) Broadband and digital television is subject to availability.
Please note that the Metro Apartment types are very close to a slow railway junction. Trains run from 05:00 to 00:30 Monday to Saturday, and 08:00 to 00:30 on Sundays, however the junction is a slow approach to London Bridge station, with 20mph restrictions in place.

Sleeps: 2  Bathrooms: 1 Metro Apartment
This apartment is suitable for one or two people, offering a combined living and sleeping area with a double bed and kitchenette.

Sleeps: 2  Bathrooms: 1 Executive Apartment
Larger than the Metro Apartment, this apartment offers a combined living and sleeping area with a double bed and a full kitchen. Some apartments have partitions between sleeping and living areas, however there is no internal door.

Accommodating one or two people, this apartment has a separate bedroom with a double bed, and a living area and fully equipped kitchen.

Sleeps: 6  Bathrooms: 2 Three Bedroom Apartment
Accommodating up to six people, this apartment has three bedrooms with double beds, two bathrooms (one with a bath) and a fully equipped kitchen.

The apartments are ten minutes' walk from London Bridge station, providing easy access to north, east, south and west London without having to change lines. Alternatively, a 15-minute walk will take you into the heart of the City. The pubs, restaurants and retailers of Bermondsey Street are a very short walk away, and just a little further are the many attractions and amenities that Shad Thames and Butler's Wharf have to offer, including riverside bars and restaurants.

Being located on Tower Bridge Road, you are also minutes by foot from two of London's most recognisable landmarks, Tower Bridge and the Tower of London, just north of the river Thames. The nearest stations are London Bridge for the Northern Line, Jubilee Line and main line, and Tower Hill (just across Tower Bridge) which services the District and Circle lines as well as the Docklands Light Railway. Buses will take you to Liverpool Street and Shoreditch, and also east towards Rotherhithe and Greenwich. Booking Procedure
The Tower Bridge Apartments can be booked in exactly the same way as a hotel: simply complete and submit the secure online booking form. As well as your exact apartment requirements, you’ll need to supply your credit card details on the booking form. This is essential for the booking to be made.

Credit Card Charges
For bookings made at standard rates, payment will be taken in full, in advance, unless monthly payment as indicated below is agreed.

Please note that there is a non-refundable 3% surcharge for any credit card transactions.
There is no surcharge for a debit card.

For all bookings made under the Special Offer, your card will be charged in full at the time of booking.

Payment
For bookings made at standard rates, the total apartment charges must be paid for in full prior to arrival, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Monthly payment can be arranged on request for any stays over one month.

Payment- Special Offer Bookings

For bookings made under the Special Offer, your reservation is an advance purchase rate and full payment will be taken at the time of booking. This is non-refundable and non-transferable.

Security Deposit
No security deposit is required for any bookings paid for in full, in advance, however, for security reasons the card used to make the reservation should be presented upon check-in and an imprint may be taken to cover any incidental expenses.


Where payment has not been made in full, in advance, a security deposit of 4 weeks rental will be payable.

Option to Extend
If an option to extend is required please state this under special requirements. If option to extend is requested, the following written notice is required in order to exercise the option;

For stays of up to 7 nights, 72 hours notice is required prior to scheduled departure date.
For stays of more than 7 nights, 1 weeks notice is required prior to scheduled departure date.

Check-In & Check-Out Times
Check-in is from 15:00 and check out by 10:00.

Minimum Stay
For stays in the Three Bedroom Apartment there is a three night minimum stay requirement.

Cards Accepted
Tower Bridge Apartments accept the following card types: American Express, Maestro, Master Card, Visa Credit, Visa Debit.

Cancellation Policy
For bookings made at standard rates, notice of cancellation is required 14 days prior to arrival. There is a cancellation charge for bookings cancelled less than 14 days prior to arrival. If you cancel less than 14 days before arrival you will be charged a maximum of three days apartment charge.
For stays of 1-6 days you would be charged only 1 days charge.
For stays of 7 or more days you will be charged the maximum charge of 3 days accommodation.

Please note that cancelled reservations cannot be rebooked at a rate lower than that originally booked.


For bookings made under the Special Offer, cancellations made at any time will be subject to a charge equal to the total cost of the stay. Your booking is non-transferable.

Bookings made at these great rates are an advance purchase rate only. Please note that they are non-refundable and non-transferable - see Terms and Conditions.

Event Rates will apply to major events periods including but not restricted to: 23rd to 25th April and 8th to 11th November 2010. Standard terms apply to these stays.

Rates are per apartment per night. Rates are inclusive of VAT and the following: all utilities (except telephone calls, charged at standard BT rate); weekly maid service, towel and linen change; digital television and broadband connection (subject to availability); on-site maintenance and management.
Please note that for stays in a Three Bedroom Apartment there is a 3 night minimum stay requirement.
