Perfect for one or two people, this studio apartment has a combined living and sleeping area with a double bed, a fully fitted kitchen and a separate bathroom.

Sleeps: 2  Bathrooms: 1 One Bedroom Apartment
Suitable for one or two people, this apartment has a separate double bedroom, a fully equipped kitchen and a comfortable living room.

Sleeps: 2  Bathrooms: 1 Twin Apartment
This apartment is suitable for one or two people and comes equipped with twin beds, a fully equipped kitchen and lounge area. Please note: there is no door separating the bedroom from the hallway.

Sleeps: 4  Bathrooms: 1 or 2 Two Bedroom Apartment
Suitable for up to four people, this apartment has two double bedrooms. Some have two bathrooms, however the majority have a shower room only.

The apartments are conveniently located within easy reach of the Earls Court and Olympia exhibition centres, making them ideal for any guest attending an event. For shoppers, Kensington High Street is nearby and the boutiques of Knightsbridge and Chelsea are within easy reach, and for culture the famous museums of South Kensington and the Royal Albert Hall are just a few minutes away. The nearest tube station is West Kensington, with services on the District line. Earl's Court is also within easy reach, for services on the District and Piccadilly lines. Booking Procedure
The Earls Court Apartments can be booked in exactly the same way as a hotel: simply complete and submit the secure online booking form. As well as your exact apartment requirements, you’ll need to supply your credit card details on the booking form. This is essential for the booking to be made.

Credit Card Charges
Payment will be taken in full, in advance, unless monthly payment as indicated under 'payment' is agreed.

Please note: There is a non-refundable 3% surcharge for all payments made using Visa, MasterCard and American Express.

Payment
For bookings made at standard rates, the total apartment charges must be paid for in full prior to arrival, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Monthly payment can be arranged on request for any stays over one month.

Security Deposit
No security deposit is required for any bookings paid for in full, in advance, however, for security reasons the card used to make the reservation should be presented upon check-in and an imprint may be taken to cover any incidental expenses.

Where payment has not been made in full, in advance, a security deposit of 4 weeks rental will be payable.

Option to Extend
If an option to extend is required please state this under special requirements. If option to extend is requested, the following written notice is required in order to exercise the option;

For stays of up to 7 nights, 72 hours notice is required prior to scheduled departure date.
For stays of more than 7 nights, 1 weeks notice is required prior to scheduled departure date.

Check-In & Check-Out Times
Check-in is from 15:00 and check out by 10:00.

Cards Accepted
Earls Court Apartments accept the following card types: American Express, Maestro, Master Card, Visa Credit, Visa Debit.

Cancellation Policy
Notice of cancellation is required 14 days prior to arrival. There is a cancellation charge for bookings cancelled less than 14 days prior to arrival. If you cancel less than 14 days before arrival you will be charged a maximum of three days apartment charge.
For stays of 1-6 days you would be charged only 1 days charge.
For stays of 7 or more days you will be charged the maximum charge of 3 days accommodation.

Please note that cancelled reservations cannot be rebooked at a rate lower than that originally booked.

Special Offer Rates are valid only between the 1st August and 6th September, subject to availability.
