A few minutes walk from the restaurants, this is a pretty new and very tidy location. The apartments are well set up for the traveller who wants to look after themselves with cooking and washing machine in the rooms.
Extremely quiet and quite comfortable. I would recommend staying here. Only downsides were TV was in the living room not the bedroom. It is a little out of the way if you want the hurly burly, but on the plus its right next to a 24hr Tescos which has everything you need.

Staff very friendly and helpful. We had a studio apartment and it was very
clean and comfortable. We will recomend the Think to family and friends.

The flat provided everything we needed, and everything worked, including internet access. Housekeeping and maintenance requests were met promptly. The bed was comfortable, as was the bathroom. Washer/drier very useful.
The only irritant was the magnet-stop wardrobe and cabinet doors sometimes popping open.

It was an absolutely fantastic experience. A number of TV channels were somehow not available though and I think that price is high enough to make sure everything operates properly.
Overall I am very satisfied.
Thanks

The apartment was very compact but big enough for 4 people comfortably. We stayed for only 1 night and it was an ideal location for getting into central London being close to 2 main tube stations. There is also a large supermarket next to the building which is really handy! The apartment was clean and modern and the check in staff were very friendly and welcoming. As the cost was shared between 4, it also meant it was much better value than local hotels.

Easy access to tube station and bus. 24hr supermarket next door is great.
It was a little hard to locate when driving, maybe a HUGE street number on the front would help. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Would recommend.

Citybase was recommended to me by a friend and I am very glad we got an apartment as it allowed us much more room to move around. The best part about this apartment was the staff -- they were very friendly and helpful. We had one minor issue with the water when we first got there and 3 people came up to help right away. The desk staff always smiled and were very helpful. Please pass on our thanks and compliments to them.

We rented a 2 bed apartment when attending an event at the olympia. Great location for this + also an easy walk to Kensington High Street. Apartment was perfect for our needs and our stay was only 1 night. Apartments are new and modern - no problem with cleanliness but the builders attention to detail lacks a little which takes away the 'polished' finish! Bedrooms are really small but living area decent. They really are apartments as a base for a London trip though and not for spending a great deal of time in or cooking a family meal. Would recommend for a family though as a base for a holiday.
Staff were friendly, we had no problems.
Fantastic pub just up the road - Warwick Arms - homely and serving good food.

The Place was just what I was looking for, everything worked well and the service at the reception was quick and friendly. Only downside was the distance to the Earls Court tube station, which was manageable but I just wish it would be closer.
