Entrance to property needs tiding up. Not a welcoming sight. Furniture needs attention. Easy chairs have broken legs, and dining chairs have loose seats. Washing machine spin cycle doesn't work or is ineffective. Light bulbs burned out. In all, it needs some attention to maintenance.
