Sleeps: 2 Bathrooms: 1 Studio Apartment
The studio has a combined living area and bedroom with double bed, and can sleep one or two people.
Sleeps: 2 Bathrooms: 1 Standard One Bedroom Apartment
This apartment has a double bedroom and can sleep up to two people.
Sleeps: 2 Bathrooms: 1 Executive One Bedroom Apartment
This is the same as the Standard One Bedroom Apartment, but is furnished to a higher standard. It can also accommodate up to two people.
Sleeps: 3 Bathrooms: 1 Standard Two Bedroom Apartment
There are two bedrooms in this apartment, one with a double and one with a single bed, so it can accommodate up to three people.
Sleeps: 4 Bathrooms: 1 Executive Two Bedroom Apartment
Furnished to a higher specification than the Standard Two Bedroom Apartment, this apartment has two double bedrooms and can sleep up to four people.
The apartments are within easy reach of the vibrant atmosphere of Islington and Clerkenwell, yet convenient for the City and West End. Angel underground station is only a 10-minute walk, and from there both the central business district and the shopping district of the West End can be reached in 15 minutes. Angel underground station is a 10-minute walk away and provides access to the Northern line. Booking Procedure
St Mark's Apartments can be booked in exactly the same way as a hotel: simply complete and submit the secure online booking form. As well as your exact apartment requirements, you’ll need to supply your credit card details on the booking form. This is essential for the booking to be made.
Credit Card Charges
For stays of less than 30 nights, a credit card is required to guarantee a reservation.
For stays of 30 or more nights, a deposit equivalent to 25% of the total cost of the accommodation being reserved is required in order to guarantee the booking.
All confirmation deposits must be received at the time of booking or at least 14 days prior to arrival, whichever is the later. If not received, St Mark's Apartments reserve the right to cancel reservations without notice. Deposits may be paid by credit card upon receipt of the cardholder's signed authority and a clearly legible copy of both sides of the credit card. Where a corporate/company credit card is being used, the copy of the card must be presented on your company headed paper.
Payment
Payment for accommodation can be made on departure, subject to a guarantee being left with the property (valid credit card, approved invoicing instructions, etc).
For stays of 30 or more nights, unless prior arrangements have been made, full payment for the first 30 days' accommodation and tax is due upon arrival, along with a security deposit of £20.00 per day of stay at St Mark's Apartments. Security deposits are refundable on departure, less deductions for any incidental charges incurred.
Payment can be made by cheque or bank transfer (cleared funds to be received prior to arrival), cash or credit card. Subsequent periods of accommodation will be invoiced/charged in advance to your credit card in periods of 30 nights or part thereof as applicable. In all cases, St Mark's Apartments will provide an invoice for the period charged for your records. Any outstanding incidental charges must be settled upon departure but longer stay guests will be invoiced periodically to ensure their accounts remain in credit.
Security Deposit
For stays of 30 or more nights, a security deposit of £20.00 per day of stay at St Mark's Apartments is taken on arrival. No deposit is taken for stays of less than 30 nights.
Check-In & Check-Out Times
Check-in from 15:00 and check-out by 11:00.
Cards Accepted
St Mark's Apartments accept the following card types: American Express, Diners Club, Master Card, Switch/Maestro, Visa.
Cancellation Policy
Notification of cancellation will be required by 3pm at the latest on the day prior to arrival to avoid a cancellation charge.
For stays of between 7 and 29 nights the cancellation charge will be equal to 2 nights' stay.
For stays of 30 nights and over the cancellation charge will be equal to three nights' stay.
An option held upon an extension to a rental period is subject to the cancellation terms as notified above.
