Apartment Types:
Sleeps: 2  Bathrooms: 1 Studio Apartment
The studio has a combined living area and bedroom with double bed, and can sleep one or two people.

Sleeps: 2  Bathrooms: 1 Standard One Bedroom Apartment
This apartment has a double bedroom and can sleep up to two people.

Sleeps: 2  Bathrooms: 1 Executive One Bedroom Apartment
This is the same as the Standard One Bedroom Apartment, but is furnished to a higher standard. It can also accommodate up to two people.

Sleeps: 3  Bathrooms: 1 Standard Two Bedroom Apartment
There are two bedrooms in this apartment, one with a double and one with a single bed, so it can accommodate up to three people.

Sleeps: 4  Bathrooms: 1 Executive Two Bedroom Apartment
Furnished to a higher specification than the Standard Two Bedroom Apartment, this apartment has two double bedrooms and can sleep up to four people.

Locality and Attractions:
The apartments are within easy reach of the vibrant atmosphere of Islington and Clerkenwell, yet convenient for the City and West End. Angel underground station is only a 10-minute walk, and from there both the central business district and the shopping district of the West End can be reached in 15 minutes.
Travel Information:
Angel underground station is a 10-minute walk away and provides access to the Northern line.
Terms & Conditions:
Booking Procedure
St Mark's Apartments can be booked in exactly the same way as a hotel: simply complete and submit the secure online booking form. As well as your exact apartment requirements, you’ll need to supply your credit card details on the booking form. This is essential for the booking to be made.

Credit Card Charges
Your card will NOT be charged at the time of booking but simply used to guarantee the reservation. Your card will only be charged should you fail to arrive at the apartments without prior notice (see cancellation policy below).

Payment
For stays of less than 30 nights full payment will be taken upon arrival.
For stays of 30 nights or more, the first 14 nights accommodation will be payable upon arrival with subsequent periods of accommodation invoiced in periods of 30 nights or part thereof as agreed with the property manager on arrival.

Security Deposit
No security deposit is required. However, the apartments may authorise your card on arrival to cover against any breakages or damages.

Check-In & Check-Out Times
Check-in from 15:00 and check-out by 11:00.

Cards Accepted
St Mark's Apartments accept the following card types: American Express, Diners Club, Master Card, Switch/Maestro, Visa.

Cancellation Policy
For stays of 29 nights or less, notification of cancellation must be received at least 7 days prior to arrival in order to avoid a cancellation charge equal to 7 nights' accommodation.

For stays of 30 nights and over, notification of cancellation must be received at least 14 days prior to arrival in order to avoid a cancellation charge equal to 14 nights' accommodation.

Key = VAT falls from the standard rate to a lower rate after 28 nights. The first 28 nights are charged at the higher rate.
