There was no cleaning service during my stay, in spite of paying 30 pounds for it. There was a lot of traffic noise and ambulances at night, so it is really difficult to get asleep.
On the other hand, the underground is really near (just five minutes) and a huge mall is nearby to buy anything you need.

I used the apartment during a language course at London School of English. The school was in the next street, so the location was perfect for me, but not very central in London.

Overall the experience was good. We thought customer communication before arrival could have been improved (we had to chase up to find out how to access the studio). Also, for a 6-day stay a change of towels and bed-linen would have been nice. There were no glasses to drink out of.
