Reception is on hand 24 hours a day to assist you with restaurant and theatre reservations and organising cars or tours. Guests on the Premium Rates package have complimentary membership of the nearby Living Well Health Club, which includes a gym, swimming pool and sauna- day passes are available at an additional charge for guests on the Standard Rates package.

The cosmopolitan area of Maida Vale, home to BBC Radio 1, offers a range of restaurants, bars and clubs. Lord's Cricket Ground is nearby, and a short tube journey will take you into the heart of the West End. Abbey Road, made famous by the Beatles, is also just a short stroll away! Kilburn Park and Maida Vale tube stations are only a short walk away, providing access to the Bakerloo line. Kilburn High Road mainline station is also nearby. Booking Procedure
Sanctum Apartments can be booked in exactly the same way as a hotel: simply complete and submit the secure online booking form. As well as your exact apartment requirements, you’ll need to supply your credit card details on the form. This is essential for the booking to be made.

Credit Card Charges
For bookings of 1-6 nights, made more than four weeks prior to arrival, a deposit equal to the first night's stay will be charged to your card.

For bookings of 7 nights or more, made more than four weeks prior to arrival, a 25% deposit will be taken.

All bookings made within four weeks of arrival will be charged in full at the time of booking.

Payment
Any outstanding balance will be due in full on arrival.

Security Deposit
On arrival a security deposit of £200.00 will be taken to cover against any breakages or damages that may occur. This will be refunded within a maximum of 72 hours after departure and once the apartment has been checked

Check-In & Check-Out Times
Check-in is from 15:00 and check-out by 11:00.

Cards Accepted
Sanctum Apartments accept the following card types: American Express, Master Card, Switch/Maestro, Visa, Visa Debit.

Cancellation Policy
For stays of 1-6 nights notification of cancellation must be received at least 72 hours prior to arrival in order to avoid a cancellation charge.
For stays of 1-3 nights a charge equal to one night's stay will apply.
For stays of 4-6 nights a charge equal to two nights' stay will apply.

For stays of 7 or more nights notification of cancellation must be received at least 14 days prior to arrival in order to avoid a cancellation charge:

For stays of 7-28 nights a charge equal to three nights' stay will apply.
For stays of 29 nights or more a charge equal to seven nights' stay will apply.

Cancellations made after checking-in may result in a cancellation charge; for stays of 1-6 nights this charge will be equal to the total cost of the stay unless resold, and for stays of 7 nights or more this charge will be equal to 7 nights, unless resold.

Guests wishing to shorten their stay after booking should note that this may result in an increased nightly rate.

Standard Package includes: Maid service and linen change (towels and bed linen) once per week for stays of seven nights or more, and dish-washing supplies and toiletries upon arrival. This package is available for stays between 16th February and 31st May 2010, and between 15th September and 1st December 2010.
Premium Package includes: Maid service Monday - Friday (between 09.00 and 17.00), with towels changed three times per week and bed linen twice per week, a welcome pack (for stays of 21 nights and over) and luxury toiletries upon arrival, dish-washing supplies refilled daily (Monday-Friday), and complimentary access to the Health Club & Gym.
