This apartment is equipped with two double beds and can sleep up to four people.

The apartments are on the site of the Royal Arsenal, one of Britain's most historic military establishments. Firepower, the Royal Artillery Museum is nearby, and the Woolwich area offers a range of local amenities. The O2 Arena is just ten minutes' drive away. Woolwich Arsenal railway station is nearby, offering regular services to London Bridge for transfers to the London Underground. In addition, the Woolwich Ferry operates regular river crossings nearby, providing access to North Woolwich and the Docklands, while from the pier just two minutes away, the Thames Clipper service provides riverboat commuting services which can take you to Canary Wharf in less than half an hour, and to the Embankment pier in the heart of the city in just over 45 minutes. Booking Procedure
The Royal Arsenal Apartments can be booked in exactly the same way as a hotel: simply complete and submit the secure online booking form. As well as your exact apartment requirements, you’ll need to supply your credit card details on the booking form. This is essential for the booking to be made.

Credit Card Charges
For bookings made more than 30 days prior to the date of arrival, your card will be charged with the total cost of the stay at the time of booking.

For bookings made within 30 days of the date of arrival, your card will NOT be charged but simply used to guarantee the reservation. The card will only be charged if you fail to arrive at the apartment without prior cancellation (see cancellation policy below).

Please note that all payments made by credit or debit card are subject to a 3% surcharge.

Payment
For bookings made more than 30 days in advance, apartments will be paid for prior to arrival (see above.)

For bookings made within 30 days of arrival, guests will be required to contact the apartments prior to arrival to arrange payment by bank transfer.

Security Deposit
No security deposit is required. However, you will be asked for an imprint of your credit card upon arrival to cover any incidental expenses.

Check-In & Check-Out Times
Check-in is from 14:00 and check-out is by 11:00.

Cards Accepted
Royal Arsenal Apartments accept the following card types: American Express, Diners Club, Master Card, Switch/Maestro, Visa.

Cancellation Policy
Notice of cancellation is required 14 days prior to arrival.

If you cancel less than 14 days prior to arrival you will be charged a maximum of three days' apartment rental:
For stays of up to 6 days you will be charged for 1 day.
For stays of 7 or more days you will be charged for 3 days.

Rates are per apartment per night, and include VAT (tax) and service.
Rates are subject to change without prior notice.
Lower rates may be available
For longer stays and relocations, it is often possible to obtain rate reductions, depending upon the availability and the length of stay. We will always do our very best to offer you the lowest available rate possible.
