We have stayed in other serviced apartments in London where a welcome pack of basic food (inc bread, milk, jam, tea, coffee, butter, biscuits and water) was offered which was a really lovely and very welcome touch, especially when arriving on a Sunday afternoon and going straight into the work week on Monday, so it was disappointing that Queen Street did not offer the same, or similar. For our one week stay a mid week clean and service to include a towel change would have been a welcome addition.

Hi, I had a booked a large group of staff to stay in the apartments between the above dates, changing over most days. I had comments that the first weekend thee was an issue with broadband, the shower a few mornings in apartment 55 had no hot water and on Friday 2nd July one of my team who were scheulded on the apartment list had difficultly checking in, after some time he was given an apartment. This itme has been addressed seperately with Marlin apartments already

Staff at reception and reservation desk are not efficient to resolve customer queries. They dont even try to find out information to help customer.
Most of the time they are not reachable.

All in all very good. Apartment a little "tired" in places with small issues that needs looking at - Water not running away in shower, TV remote not working. Minor issues but worth being aware of

The Apartment was in a great location - but the windows need replacing as they did not close 100%. Being on the 3rd floor there was a bar blocking the window but you could lean out and fall if not careful - the bar needs to be higher. Individual thermostats in the rooms would be appreciated.

Apartment was really lovely overall - spacious and clean. The kitchen was very well equipped and modern. Lounge had all the mod-cons you'd ever need. Great location for us. Customer service was good.
The only downsides were - the toilet system took ages to refill with water, and the view from our apartment wasn't great (it looked straight into an office block).

Very clean, good facilities, friendly staff on reception. Located in finance district, close to embankment. Took 15 minutes to walk to theatre district. High recommended

We really enjoyed our stay. However the customer service provided by the man behind the reception was awlful. He was extremely rude and dealt with matter in an inappropriate way. We understand it was new years eve but just a bit of friendly customer service would do any harm to anyone.
