The apartments are located on a pleasant garden square, within easy reach of the vibrant Earls Court area. The Earls Court and Olympia exhibition centres are within easy reach, as are Kensington High Street and the Science, Natural History and Victoria & Albert Museums. Excellent nearby transport links place the entire city within easy reach. The nearest tube station is Earl's Court, which provides services on the District and Piccadilly lines, including services to Heathrow. Booking Procedure
The Presidential Apartments Kensington can be booked in exactly the same way as a hotel: simply complete and submit the secure online booking form. As well as your exact apartment requirements, you’ll need to supply your credit card details on the booking form. This is essential for the booking to be made.
Credit Card Charges
For bookings made at standard rates, your card will NOT be charged but simply used to guarantee the booking. The card will only be charged if you fail to arrive at the apartment without prior cancellation (see cancellation policy below).

For all bookings made under the Special Offer, your card will be charged in full at the time of booking.
Payment
For bookings made at standard rates, you will be asked on arrival for full prepayment at the rate you booked at.

For bookings made under the Special Offer, your reservation is an advance purchase rate and full payment will be taken at the time of booking. This is non-refundable and non-transferable.
Security Deposit
No security deposit is required. However, you may be asked for an imprint of your credit card upon arrival to cover any incidental expenses.
Check-In & Check-Out Times
Check-in is from 14:00 and check-out by 12:00.

Presidential Apartments Kensington accept the following card types: American Express, Maestro, Master Card, Visa Credit, Visa Debit.
Cancellation Policy
For bookings made at standard rates, notice of cancellation is required 14 days prior to arrival. There is a cancellation charge for bookings cancelled less than 14 days prior to arrival. If you cancel less than 14 days before your arrival you will be charged for up to three days' stay. For a stay of less than 7 nights you will be charged for 1 night's stay, and for stays of over 7 nights you will be charged for 3 nights' stay.
Please note that cancelled reservations cannot be rebooked at a rate lower than that originally booked.
For bookings made under the Special Offer, cancellations made at any time will be subject to a charge equal to the total cost of the stay. Your booking is non-transferable.
