Thanks to their central position, Presidential Apartments are surrounded by restaurants, shops, pubs and bars, with the nightlife, theatres and cinemas of the West End within easy reach.
Please Note: There are ongoing building works near the apartment building. The apartments will endeavour to ensure that disruption to guests is kept to a minimum.

Studio Apartments have a king-size bed which can be split into twin beds, and a sofa bed. The Studio Apartment can sleep up to 3 people. There is a charge per night for use of the sofa bed by guests over five years of age.
Sleeps: 4 Bathrooms: 1 One Bedroom Apartment
One Bedroom Apartments have a king-size bed which can be split into twin beds, and a sofa bed. The One-Bedroom Apartment can sleep up to 4 people. There is no charge for the sofa bed in this apartment.
Presidential Apartments are centrally located just west of the junction with Baker Street. It's a few minutes' walk to Oxford Street and the heart of London's West End with its many parks, shops and bars. The nearest railway stations are Marylebone and Baker Street, and the nearest tube stations are Marble Arch and Baker Street. Booking Procedure
Presidential Apartments at 102 George Street can be booked in exactly the same way as a hotel: simply complete and submit the secure online booking form. As well as your exact apartment requirements, you’ll need to supply your credit card details on the booking form. This is essential for the booking to be made.
Credit Card Charges
For bookings made at standard rates, your card will NOT be charged but simply used to guarantee the booking. The card will only be charged if you fail to arrive at the apartment without prior cancellation (see cancellation policy below).

For all bookings made under the Special Offer, your card will be charged in full at the time of booking.
Payment
For bookings made at standard rates, you will be asked on arrival for full prepayment at the rate you booked at.
Payment- Special Offer Bookings
For bookings made under the Special Offer, your reservation is an advance purchase rate and full payment will be taken at the time of booking. This is non-refundable and non-transferable.
Security Deposit
No security deposit is required. However, you may be asked for an imprint of your credit card upon arrival to cover any incidental expenses.
Check-In & Check-Out Times
Check-in is from 14:00 and check-out by 10:00.
Cards Accepted
Presidential Apartments accept the following card types: American Express, Maestro, Master Card, Visa Credit, Visa Debit.
Cancellation Policy
For bookings made at standard rates, notice of cancellation is required 14 days prior to arrival. There is a cancellation charge for bookings cancelled less than 14 days prior to arrival. If you cancel less than 14 days before your arrival you will be charged for up to three days' stay. For a stay of less than 7 nights you will be charged for 1 night's stay, and for stays of over 7 nights you will be charged for 3 nights' stay.
Please note that cancelled reservations cannot be rebooked at a rate lower than that originally booked.
For bookings made under the Special Offer, cancellations made at any time will be subject to a charge equal to the total cost of the stay. Your booking is non-transferable.
