Clean tidy apartments that are spacious for 3. really friendly and approachable staff who are more than happy to help. i was really impressed with my stay and it was a perfect location for shopping and the theatre. would recommend.

Poor quality and not very clean given the price. Also the customer service was apauling, staff member accused one of the group of not paying

could not have asked for more. Stayed for 6 nights and was ideal for my purpose. Fantastic location. Shops and restaurants very close by. With a supermarket next door and Oxford Street less than five minutes.
Customer service was bang on, every request was honoured. Apartment was cleaned every day and the bedroom, lounge, bathroom and kitchen had everything I needed.
Trying to think of what it was missing, but if I said a gym and swimming pool, that would be a little unfair ;-)
