Behind the beautiful Victorian façade lie 33 purpose-built serviced apartments, whose rich and welcoming contemporary design is by Fox Linton Associates, one of Britain's leading interior designers. Guests will appreciate the high standard of service and comfort and the excellent facilities on offer here.
The apartments enjoy a prime location just off Sloane Street, home to some of the most famous names in fashion, and just minutes from Sloane Square underground station.

The apartments have fitted kitchens, are fully air-conditioned and offer all the amenities a discerning traveller would expect, including wireless broadband. With your comfort in mind, there are sumptuous goose down duvets in the bedroom, luxury Frette linen, the fluffiest towels, bathrobes, slippers and even a pillow for your bath. On arrival, guests will receive a complimentary welcome pack, and environmentally friendly Aveda toiletries are available in the bathroom.

The Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea is a wealthy and fashionable area, and Phoenix House offers a very desirable address to those seeking a temporary home in London. Close to great shopping and fashionable bars and restaurants, it is the ideal base for exploring the city or the perfect retreat after a hard day at the office. The nearest underground station is Sloane Square, which is about five minutes' walk from the apartments. This station provides easy access to the Central and District lines, and is only one stop away from London Victoria main line and underground station. From Victoria, the Gatwick Express train runs every 15 minutes to Gatwick Airport. Booking Procedure
Phoenix House Apartments can be booked in exactly the same way as a hotel: simply complete and submit the secure online booking form. As well as your exact apartment requirements, you’ll need to supply your credit card details on the booking form. This is essential for the booking to be made.
Credit Card Charges
On receiving your booking request, Phoenix House apartments will contact you to confirm your requirements and request your authorisation. At this point the credit card used to guarantee the reservation will be charged in full for the booking.
Payment
Payment for your apartment will be taken from the credit card used to guarantee the reservation, if you wish to pay by an alternative card/method, please advise us when booking. For stays of 90 days or more all payment of rent must be done by BACS transfer.
Security Deposit
A £500.00 pre-authorisation will be held on your credit card during your stay in case of any damages. For stays of 90 days, one month's rent is required as a deposit.
Check-In & Check-Out Times
Check-in is from 17:00 and check-out is by 10:00.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made three weeks prior to the date of arrival to avoid a cancellation charge equal to the cost of the entire stay.
