These apartments were absolutely brilliant. The location is perfect - around 2/3 minutes walk from 2 tube stations (Paddington and Lancaster Gate). We were also able to walk into Oxford Street in around 20 minutes. The apartments were spotlessly clean and seemed newly refurbished. Extremely comfortable with everything you could need. The front desk and concierge staff were extremely helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

the hotel is very nice. we thought it is a apartment, but actually it is just a hotel room for 3 persons. It works very well, except the TV is not working. The hotel persons are very pleasent.

The rooms are not spacious, but it came as no surprise to us, as a lot of people online made comments about the 'small rooms'. It wasn't a problem for us, as like most tourists we were out from morning till night. It might have been a problem if you wanted to do an aerobic workout, but hey ho, who does that in their hotel room. The staff at reception were friendly and helpful and made us feel welcome. However, when we checked out the girl at reception said that we had breakfast and it would be charged, although we did not have breakfast and we were never in the bar or restaurant at the hotel.

We booked a Superior Suite for 3 nights & advised the hotel twice by phone we would not be arriving until 7am on date of first booking as we were coming from Australia & plane arrives at 6am and wanted immediate access to the room rather than wait until 2pm check in after a 24 hr flight. Arrived at hotel only to be told room not ready - it was used & needed to be cleaned, we were most unhappy as the reason for booking was suite would be available when we arrived. Was offered a very sub standard room/not a suite and was told the Superior was their lowest class of booking which I find totally unacceptable. After further protracted discussion we were given a Suite but it was definately not the Superior Suite we had booked and we had to wait 40 mins. We were charged for the full day which I was happy to do but am appalled that they would have the audacity to receive money twice for the same day for the one suite. Because of all the hassle when booking in - even though the queue behind was growing I was not leaving until it was sorted out - I could not recommend this hotel to anyone on the basis of their customer service. Our suite was comfortable & clean but felt we were being duped. The manner of the receptionist throughout was sullen to say the least. She was going back & forth to a "superior" who did not appear to sort the problem himself. Most unsatisfactory.

Apart from the location, nothing was really worth the money. The kitchenette had only a microwave so it defeated the purpose of my choice which thought would be saving on restaurants. The suite is very very small just enough for one person to move around it, so it is really a pain to squeeze two people there for 2 weeks. The aircondinioning was very cold -even in a record high temperature in London during mt stay- and was impossible to adjust, it also projected a not very nice smell everytime it is put on for few minutes.
The staff especially housekeeping were very nice and helpful apart from that I thing we can find a better deal for that prize.

Couldn't move the arrows above! We booked this apartment on line and when we arrived it was not at all what we had booked. Much smaller and not really an apartment. The staff at the desk were excellent (especially Mary)and changed us to a room similar to one we had booked. They did not have rooms like the one pictured. All staff were excellent, but even the room had few facilities expected in an apartment eg crockery and kitchen towels. Excellent location.

Front office representatives do not know the proper way to deal with customers, the lady in the front desk was very aggressive and it was very clear that she has no experience at all. They are not aware that this type of business should provide high quality of services, when I requested for her superion I was told that no one could help me .
Type of room reserved and accordingly paid are not the same provided and it is tottaly different of the one shown on the pictures.Despite that I reserved a studio the hotel decided that there is no available one because I came late !!! and they provide us with a normal room called Clubroom whereas I did not have a spcae even to put our luggage!!! Conclusion it was a disaster.

the refrigerator in my "superior studio apartment"didnot work Loss of food bought; Complaints were ignored.Front desk appeared either disinterested or incapable. Internet access was fixed in two days. Offer of double room in hotel.very small with "free Breakfast" for ?same price refused. Finally got a substitute apartment I suspect it was a Standard. However the rooms were kept clean.and junior staff helpfull and friendly. The lift broke down on the second day we were on the 3rd floor before changing. Not repaired for a week|

Small but perfectly formed - some minor problems but soon sorted by extremely friendly and efficient staff.

I'm fairly familiar with Paddington, so finding it was not a problem, short walk from both Paddington and Lancaster Gate tube stations.
Apartments are located across the road from the main reception and hotel. Apartment size was sufficient for 3 young adults. Sofa bed was useable. Clean room.
Negatives : air con would not switch off even when turned the temperature up, room was still very cold. One of the windows would not shut properly, so there was constantly a draft coming through. On the first night we were only given a thin bed sheet and thin throw for the sofa bed, which was not enough at all for the end of November! However next day we asked for a proper duvet and house keeping came with one immediately.
Overall would stay again and would recommend this to others.

We were installed in Apt. 544. I don't know if all apartments were this size, but I would never call it an apartment: it's a normal size hotel room with a third bed and a microwave.
During our stay we reported two problems: sink drainage (solved), and fridge door didn't close well-didn't cool well (not solved).

I do enjoy staying here the location is great but yet again I never get the right room I have booked I find this spoils the stay at this place. I find the hotel false advertise the rooms on the website.

Great location, lovely restaurants and coffee shops in the area, tube station really near. Room was really clean and the shower was great. The rooms are a bit on the small side and we had an executive room but in fairness its london so you arent going to be spending a huge amount of time in it.My only gripe is the morning of checking out the cleaning lady and another staff member came to our room three times before 12:00 which was a bit annoying. In saying all that I would definately stay here again!

We stayed in the Suites across the road form the hotel reception. This made no impact on our stay. We found this hotel in a great location very close to Paddington Station, Hyde Park and Oxford St, the rooms were clean, were quite newly refurbished, and had great facilities in the room. We were all impressed with the rooms for the price and location. We would stay again.

just dreadful, checked in and paid up in full(inc dep) at 11am and left our bags in reception and told to return after two. this was fine had no problems with this. arrivd back just before 5pm to go to our room as we wanted a rest had to check in dublin airport at 5.30am. after a chit chat by staff we were taken outside the hotel and around the corner and past a rubbish area to a different hotel. we were then taken down a small narrow staircase to our room, Passing a pile of broken electrical equiptment on the way. the room we were given was a small room with twin beds and a foldup bed pushed up against a press. the room had two windows that looked out on to another wall with 12inchs between the two, the smell was musty and the carpet was very, and i mean very dirty. it was dark and smelly. we asked to move and were told we couldnt as nothing else was available, my sister replied ok so can we have our money back as we are leaving. the porter then told us because of electrical problems that is all they had. we said again we didnt wat the room and he said well follow me. we waited in the reception area for 15mins and then he told us we have got you a room and transport will bring you there, we waited 45mins before it came, and then had to travel another 45mins to the other hotel. the other hotel was fine. total checking in time from 5pm was 2.45hours!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
however, we wanted to stay in the area we booked as i was visiting my daughter(a student) staying in that area. I am an M.S. suffer and unable to use esclators going down due to my condition and it cost us a fortune in cab fares. as well as the time i could have been spending with my daughter i am very unhappy. our weekend was ruined.
regards
