This apartment has a bedroom with a queen-size bed and can comfortably sleep one or two people. A fold-out bed can also be provided at an extra cost to accommodate an extra guest.

Sleeps: 5  Bathrooms: 1 Two Bedroom Apartment
Suitable for up to five people, this apartment has two bedrooms with queen-size beds. A fold-out bed can be provided at an extra cost to accommodate a fifth person.

Spitalfield Lofts is within easy walking distance of Petticoat Lane and the Old Spitalfield Market, which is among the longest running markets in England. Brick Lane, with its famous curry houses, and the restaurants and pubs of Shoreditch are also nearby. The apartments are conveniently located near Liverpool Street underground and National Rail station, providing easy access to the Central, Hammersmith & City, Metropolitan and Circle Lines. Booking Procedure
Spitalfield Lofts can be booked in exactly the same way as a hotel: simply complete and submit the secure online booking form. As well as your exact apartment requirements, you’ll need to supply your credit card details on the booking form. This is essential for the booking to be made.

Credit Card Charges
Your card will NOT be charged immediately, but will be kept on file until 24 hours prior to your arrival (see payment section below). The card will be charged if you fail to arrive at the apartment without prior cancellation (see cancellation policy below).

Payment
Your credit card will be charged in full 24 hours prior to your arrival.

Security Deposit
When you check in, you will be asked to provide a security deposit in the form of an imprint of your credit card. This is simply a precaution to cover any incidental expenses during your stay.

Check-In & Check-Out Times
Check-in is from 15:00 and check-out is by 11:00.

Cards Accepted
Spitalfield Lofts by Oakwood accept the following card types: American Express, Diners Club, Master Card, Switch/Maestro, Visa.

Cancellation Policy
For stays of less than 30 nights the apartments must receive notification of cancellation in writing at least 7 working days prior to the actual arrival date. Provided that cancellation is received within this notice period, the apartments will not charge any cancellation fee. If notification of cancellation is received less than 7 working days prior to the arrival date, the guest is liable for the rent for the duration of the stay, subject to the apartment being re-let.

For stays of more than 30 nights the apartments must receive notification of cancellation in writing at least 28 days prior to the actual arrival date. Provided that cancellation is received within this notice period, the apartments will not charge any cancellation fee. If notification of cancellation is received less than 28 days prior to the arrival date, the guest is liable for the rent for the duration of the stay, subject to the apartment being re-let.

Refunds will not be applicable for non-arrivals.

= VAT rate falls from 17.5% to 3.5% after 28 days. The first 28 nights are charged at the higher rate.
Rates are per apartment per night, and include VAT (tax) and service.

Lower rates may be available
For longer stays and relocations, it is often possible to obtain rate reductions, depending upon the availability and the length of stay. We will always do our very best to offer you the lowest available rate possible.
