Westminster is a lively area of London, filled with international landmarks such as Buckingham Palace and Westminster Abbey. It’s well connected, too, with several tube stations as well as Victoria rail station situated nearby.
World-class art collections are not far away at the Tate Britain and the National Gallery, and there’s a wide variety of cafés, shops and theatres within easy reach of the apartments.

One Bedroom Apartments have a queen-sized bed and can sleep one or two people.

Two Bedroom Apartments are equipped with two queen-sized beds and can sleep up to four people.
The apartments boast a superb Westminster location with many local amenities and parks. The new Cardinal Place shopping centre is a short walk away, as is the River Thames. The apartments are well connected, with St. James’s Park, Victoria, Westminster and Pimlico tube stations all within walking distance. As well as the tube, National Rail and Gatwick Express can also be accessed from Victoria. From Westminster station you can conveniently travel to the City and Canary Wharf. Booking Procedure
Oakwood New Palace Place Apartments can be booked in exactly the same way as a hotel: simply complete and submit the secure online booking form. As well as your exact apartment requirements, you’ll need to supply your credit card details on the booking form. This is essential for the booking to be made.
Credit Card Charges
Your card will NOT be charged immediately, but will be kept on file and charged in full 24 hours prior to your arrival. The card will also be charged if you fail to arrive at the apartment without prior cancellation (see cancellation policy below).
Payment
Your credit card will be charged in full 24 hours prior to your arrival.
Security Deposit
No security deposit is required. However, you may be asked for an imprint of your credit card upon arrival to cover any incidental expenses.
Check-In & Check-Out Times
Check-in is from 15:00 and check-out by 11:00.

New Palace Place Apartments by Oakwood accept the following card types: American Express, Diners Club, Master Card, Switch/Maestro, Visa.
Cancellation Policy
The apartments must receive notification of cancellation in writing at least 28 days prior to the actual arrival date. Provided that cancellation is received within this notice period, the apartments will not charge any cancellation fee. If notification of cancellation is received less than 28 days prior to the arrival date, the guest is liable for the rent for the duration of the stay, subject to the apartment being re-let.
Refunds will not be applicable for non-arrivals.
