The apartments are just a stone's throw away from Richmond Park, the largest of the Royal Parks in London, and within easy reach of the Royal Botanic Gardens at Kew. The Manning Place Apartments by Clarendon UK can be booked in exactly the same way as a hotel: simply complete and submit the secure online booking form. As well as your exact apartment requirements, you’ll need to supply your company name, registration number and credit card details on the booking form. This is essential for the booking to be made.
These apartments are for corporate use only, and as part of the apartments' confirmation process individuals and companies may be credit checked/verified.

No security deposit is required. However, you will be asked for an imprint of your credit card upon arrival to cover any incidental expenses.

Cancellation Policy
Stays of 7 nights or less: Notice of cancellation must be received at least 3 days prior to the date of arrival.
Stays of 8 - 21 nights: Notice of cancellation must be received at least 7 days prior to the date of arrival.
Stays of 22 - 30 nights: Notice of cancellation must be received at least 14 days prior to the date of arrival.
Stays of 31 - 42 nights: Notice of cancellation must be received at least 21 days prior to the date of arrival.
Stays of 43 nights or more: Notice of cancellation must be received at least 30 days prior to the date of arrival.
Cancellations received after the appropriate cut-off point will be subject to a charge equal to the nightly rate for the number of days since the deadline has passed, e.g. if ten days' notice has been given where fourteen is required the cancellation charge will be for four nights.
