The apartments offer the following amenities:
All apartments are fully furnished and include washer-dryers, dishwashers, fridge freezers and cooking facilities (a small number of apartments have microwave ovens only; this can be confirmed on request). Broadband and digital television is subject to availability.

Studio Apartments have a double bed and can sleep one or two people. There is no separate bedroom.

Superior Studio Apartments are similar to regular Studio Apartments, but are more spacious.

One Bedroom Apartments have a double bed and can sleep one or two people.

Sleeps: 2  Bathrooms: 1 Superior One Bedroom Apartment
The Superior One Bedroom apartments are all warehouse conversions, and are more spacious than the regular One Bedroom Apartments.

Two Bedroom Apartments are equipped with two double beds and can sleep up to four people.

Superior Two Bedroom Apartments are similar to regular Two Bedroom Apartments, but are more spacious.

Sleeps: 6  Bathrooms: 1 Three Bedroom Apartment
Three Bedroom Apartments are equipped with three double beds and can sleep up to six people.

The apartments are ten minutes' walk from London Bridge station, providing easy access to north, east, south and west London without having to change lines. Alternatively, a 15-minute walk will take you into the heart of the City. The pubs, restaurants and retailers of Bermondsey Street are a very short walk away, and just a little further are the many attractions and amenities that Shad Thames and Butler's Wharf have to offer, including riverside bars and restaurants.

Being located on Tower Bridge Road, you are also minutes by foot from two of London's most recognisable landmarks, Tower Bridge and the Tower of London, just north of the river Thames. The nearest stations are London Bridge for the Northern Line, Jubilee Line and main line, and Tower Hill (just across Tower Bridge) which services the District and Circle lines as well as the Docklands Light Railway. Buses will take you to Liverpool Street and Shoreditch, and also east towards Rotherhithe and Greenwich. Booking Procedure
Maltings Place Apartments can be booked in exactly the same way as a hotel: simply complete and submit the secure online booking form. As well as your exact apartment requirements, you’ll need to supply your credit card details on the booking form. This is essential for the booking to be made.

Credit Card Charges
Payment will be taken in full, in advance, unless monthly payment as indicated under 'payment' is agreed.

Please note that there is a 3% surcharge for any credit card transactions.
There is no surcharge for a debit card.

Payment
The total apartment charges must be paid for in full prior to arrival, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Monthly payment can be arranged on request for any stays over one month.

Security Deposit
No security deposit is required for any bookings paid for in full, in advance, however, you may be asked for an imprint of your credit card upon arrival to cover any incidental expenses.

Where payment has not been made in full, in advance, a security deposit of 4 weeks rental will be payable.

Option to Extend
If an option to extend is required please state this under special requirements. If option to extend is requested, the following written notice is required in order to exercise the option;

For stays of up to 7 nights, 72 hours notice is required prior to scheduled departure date.
For stays of more than 7 nights, 1 weeks notice is required prior to scheduled departure date

Check-In & Check-Out Times
Check-in is from 14:00 and check out by 10:00.

Please Note:
Reservations at this property are subject to availability, and in certain circumstances you may be transferred to the nearby Tower Bridge Road Apartments.

This will be confirmed prior to your arrival.

Cards Accepted
Maltings Place Apartments accept the following card types: Master Card, Switch/Maestro, Visa.

Cancellation Policy
Notice of cancellation is required 14 days prior to arrival. There is a cancellation charge for bookings cancelled less than 14 days prior to arrival. If you cancel less than 14 days before arrival you will be charged a maximum of three days apartment charge.
For stays of 1-6 days you would be charged only 1 days charge.
For stays of 7 or more days you will be charged the maximum charge of 3 days accommodation.

= VAT rate falls from 17.5% to 3.5% after 28 nights. The first 28 nights are charged at the higher rate.
Rates are per apartment per night. Rates are inclusive of VAT and the following: all utilities (except telephone calls, charged at standard BT rate); weekly maid service, towel and linen change; digital television and broadband connection (subject to availability); on-site maintenance and management.
Rates are subject to change without prior notice.
Lower rates may be available
For longer stays and relocations, it is often possible to obtain rate reductions, depending upon the availability and the length of stay. We will always do our very best to offer you the lowest available rate possible.
