The apartment was great, but seemed a bit smaller than advertised. Beds were quite small and close together. WIFI was not working much of the time that we were there - office was helpful in calling us back and fixing, but then it would stop working again. Would have been helpful to have more instructions in apartment on how to use heating in apartment, WIFI, dishwasher, etc. But overall still good value for money as good location and nice to have apartment with friends.

- Keys have to be collected from Camden while apartment is in London Bridge - ok for longer stays but a real pain for short ones.
- Location is ok for City & proximity to London Bridge, also M&S & Tesco Metro nearby for groceries
- Apartment reasonably well appointed & in good condition, but sofa bed in lounge was not particularly comfortable - as a 2-bed flat for 4 it would be fine, but there were 6 of us & it would have been uncomfortable for more than a night

Stay at London Bridge II Apartments has been excellent.
i had the possibility to have my business meetings at Tate Modern and, at the same time, to move fast to the airports and in the city in general. Borough market is another fantastic close benefit.
To be honest, the only not positive point (in particular if carring bags) is the location of the check in, in Camden Town. however, the personal has been nice and leaving the keys in the apartment is a plus.

we would just like to point out that the wopoden frame bed is not walker friendly we kept hitting out shins on the corner and now have a sellection of bruises other than that a fantastic stay

I stayed in the apartment for 5 nights in September 2011 with my wife, 5 month old child and in-laws.
We all enjoyed our stay and thought that both the facilites in the apartment and location were excellent. The apartment was also a little more spacious than others we have stayed at in London. The lift was also helpful with our young child.
The one issue we had was that we had to travel to the other side of London to obtain the key for the apartment after a 24 hour flight from Australia. It would be very helpful if we could have collected this on site. Whilst this was an issue, it was one negative on an otherwise excellent stay and so we would recommend to others.

The apartment is very nice and clean. Everything seemed almost new. The place is very quiet and close to London Bridge Station. I found everything I needed. Let's try and find something which could be improved: (a) it would be nice if it was cheaper... (b) it would be nice if there was no need to check in in another place in London (Greenland Place).
