A new residential development furnished in a contemporary style, Londinium Tower is centrally located in an area that's packed with historical landmarks, including the Monument, the Bank of England and St Paul's Cathedral.
The apartments have wooden floors throughout, with the exception of the bedroom which has cream carpets.
All apartments have wide screen televisions and DVD players, and the kitchens are fully equipped with washing machine, dishwasher, microwave and full ovens.

This apartment is equipped with two double beds and can sleep up to four people.
Londinium Tower Apartments are within walking distance of the major financial district of the capital, the River Thames and the new Tate Modern Gallery at Bankside - to name just a few nearby attractions. The area is full of historical landmarks such as the Monument, the Bank of England and St Paul's Cathedral. The apartments are just a short walk away from Tower Gateway station (Docklands Light Railway) and Aldgate underground station (Metropolitan and Circle lines). Booking Procedure
Londinium Tower Apartments can be booked in exactly the same way as a hotel: simply complete and submit the secure online booking form. As well as your exact apartment requirements, you’ll need to supply your credit card details on the booking form. This is essential for the booking to be made.
After your reservation has been made you will receive an email from the apartments with their terms and conditions, which will need to be returned with a copy of your passport prior to arrival.
Credit Card Charges
At the time of booking, your card will be charged for the first 30 days of the booking or for the entire period if less than 30 days.
Please note that there is a 3.5% + VAT surcharge on payments made by Visa and Mastercard and a 4.5% + VAT surcharge on payments made by American Express.
Payment
For stays of 30 nights, payment will be taken at the time of making the booking.
For stays of over 30 nights, payment for the first month will be taken at the time of making the booking. The second month will be payable at week 4 of your stay. Any further months are due every 4 weeks.
Security Deposit
No security deposit is required. However, at the time of booking, you will be contacted by the apartments and asked for an imprint of your credit card and a copy of your passport.

Londinium Tower Apartments by Marlin accept the following card types: American Express, Diners Club, Master Card, Switch/Maestro, Visa.
Cancellation Policy
Notification of cancellation is required at least 72 hours prior to arrival to avoid a cancellation charge. Cancellations made less than 72 hours prior to arrival will be charged a cancellation fee equal to the total cost of the stay.
Guests wishing to shorten their stay after check-in should be aware that the notice period of 72 hours to avoid a cancellation charge equal to the total cost of the stay will still apply
