The Kew Gardens Road Apartments by Clarendon UK can be booked in exactly the same way as a hotel: simply complete and submit the secure online booking form. As well as your exact apartment requirements, you’ll need to supply your company name, registration number and credit card details on the booking form. This is essential for the booking to be made.

These apartments are for corporate use only, and as part of the apartments' confirmation process individuals and companies may be credit checked/verified.

Credit Card Charges
Your card will be charged the full amount for your stay at the time of booking.

Please note that a company credit card is required to secure a booking at this property.

Payment
Apartments will be paid for prior to arrival - see above.

Security Deposit
No security deposit is required. However, you will be asked for an imprint of your credit card upon arrival to cover any incidental expenses.

Check-in is from 14.00 and check-out is by 10.00.

Cancellation Policy
Stays of 7 nights or less: Notice of cancellation must be received at least 3 days prior to the date of arrival.

Stays of 8 - 21 nights: Notice of cancellation must be received at least 7 days prior to the date of arrival.

Stays of 22 - 30 nights: Notice of cancellation must be received at least 14 days prior to the date of arrival.

Stays of 31 - 42 nights: Notice of cancellation must be received at least 21 days prior to the date of arrival.

Stays of 43 nights or more: Notice of cancellation must be received at least 30 days prior to the date of arrival.

Cancellations received after the appropriate cut-off point will be subject to a charge equal to the nightly rate for the number of days since the deadline has passed, e.g. if ten days' notice has been given where fourteen is required the cancellation charge will be for four nights.
