Check in was very smooth and efficient and all instructions clear.
The accommodation was convient and smart.
Disappointed to find there was no washing machine or dishwasher - these should be standard facilities in a property such as this.
The shower flow was not sufficient to keep the combi boiler heating, so it was not possible to take a hot shower.
The mattresses on the beds were uncomfortable.

Perfect location of the appartment, plenty of space for a family of 5.
Poor equipment in the kitchen, pan and bigger pot missing.
Kitchen equipment is not appropiate for 5-6 person, coffee maker would be nice.
Thermostat of one towel radiator was missing. The radiator was running 100% all the time.

The flat itself was barely adequate and clean. There were a number of things wrong with it which could have been fixed prior to our arrival. The shower head in the bathroom didn't work. There was a blind completely missing in one of the bedrooms. There were pulls missing from several of the closet, cabinet doors and drawers which made them impossible to open. One of the bedroom closets was pushed into a corner making it impossible to open in any direction. Simple supplies would have made our stay easier like paper towels, liquid kitchen detergent, a sponge to wash dishes, clean counters with, more soap, more toilet paper. The water outage was not your fault but certainly inconvenient & a note slipped under our door to alert us would have been helpful. Batteries in the kitchen clock to make it operational would have been nice.We had to put in our own as we were never given any despite asking. A notice somewhere that to open the front gate one had to ring a buzzer rather than sticking ones arm thru the gate to access the key pad.But most problematic of all was the non-running elevator. We should have gotten a phone call, a notice on our door or, at the very least, notices placed on the elevator door on each floor that it was not working. Instead we wasted much time pushing the button not having any idea that the elevator was broken. Then each time we attempted to use it, we had to go thru the same annoyance of pushing the button, waiting for nothing and wasting our time. It was extremely difficult for me to walk down 5 flights of stairs but worse, painful and dangerous for me to walk up 5 flights of stairs. It caused me physical pain, a need for a recovery period, disruption of our plans. And, never once did we get a call or see a message about the status of the elevator. The beds are extremely small and the comforters too small as well. The beds are also in bad condition and very uncomfortable. The kitchen is stocked with only the most minimal utensils, pots, etc. The wands that change the direction of the venetian slats are missing on many windows. All in all, certainly not an apt. with any class and at a higher price than we have paid in Paris.

level of maintenance requires improvements,
rust in shower, heater needs repair, and more

good apartement. Perhaps it would be a good idea to change the matresses as you can feel the springs!! Apart from that, the flat is good. We were very pleased by the maintenance man who came within half an hour to change the shower flexible.

We stayed for 5 days, I would have liked to have some equipment for cleaning toilets and such. There was very bad smell in the other bathroom all the time. Hot water boiler went off by itself many times also and the showers were many times with cold water. Location was great and the citybikes outside a very nice suprise, we used them alot.

These are my suggestions:
The cleanliness and the maintenance of the apartment was not good.
I don't know why I couldn't go into de apartament before 2:00 pm and I could leave it at 10:00 am.
I don't understand why I have to go to pick up the keys to other place (we have to carry the luggage). The property should give the keys at the apartment.

When we arrived there were some mendings to be done as a door in one of the cupboards in the kitchen, the handles to open the windows were loosed and some of the blinders broken. There was not enough toilet paper, only two rolls, one in each toilet. It would have been useful to have a coffee maker, as well. Apart from that, everything was clean and the service was quick when we asked for the extra bed, bed clothing and towels we have stated in our contract and were not there when we arrived. Just a suggestion, it would be helpful to have the instructions of the appliances (boiler, gas cooker, dish washer and washing machine) washing-up liquid, salt, sugar and extra toilet rolls in the appartment for the clients.
In the item, value for money I have to say that it was good though expensive for some European standards, but London is London. We had a great time.

There were a few things that easily should have been fixed before we came, as a spot in the ceiling hanging down, missing handle on the drawer in the kitchen and the lack of soap for the dishes. The apartement was very hot and the traffic very noisy since we had to have the windows open (but we enjoyed the summer temperatures outdoors!)

The apartment is quite clean, except for some overlooked maintenance. One pillow case is obviously not changed from the previous use. The TV is not working, probably due to the dead battery for the remote. The internet service is not provided dispite of our completion of online request form.
Nice place for a big company of friends (but only 3 pair of keys for 6 people..)
It would be nice if the flat would be a bit cleaner, but it was survivable :))))
All needed kitchen stuff, close to the bus and ~7 min walk to the tube station. Pub on the corner;)
