On first look the apartment was pleasing. But after a few hours we noticed a few things that were poor; the shower was missing a door so the bathroom was soaking after we showered. The hot water ran out after one shower. There were tiles missing in the bathroom. The extractor fan didnt work in the bathroom - which is illeagal. On saturday night the apartment block was extremely noisey. The windows were single glazed so this contributed to the noise level. The kitchen was useful.

I booked the apt for my friends.Kitchen facilities not good.Could not use kettle + microwave at the same time. Dust on surfaces. Sofa bed in living room impossible to sleep in.Left behind a disc from a digital camera. Rang the address. Would not post it.Friend arranged a courier to collect it. Courier called 3 times. Disc "not ready". Sizeable cost incurred.
My lower score about value may be off since I think London is quite expensive. Overall, the place was clean, well stocked with linens, and we were pleased. Suggestions:
Have a coffee maker and filters.
Have basics like salt and pepper, perhaps a little oil, sugar... Most people need small amounts, and would be glad to leave a few things behind. Also, The staff allowed our daughter to leave her backpack in the office after checkout since she was taking a later plane and wanted to spend more time in London in the afternoon... This was GREAT. We really appreciated their doing this. One more thing... Why not offer wi-fi for nothing extra? It was expensive to rent the flat (much more than a similar deal in Paris), and this is practically a necessity these days. All in all, we were more than satisfied, but we think a little more tlc would be nice.
