The apartments boast a convenient location just minutes away from the Heathrow Express Terminal. Hyde Park, Kensington Gardens, Marble Arch, Edgware Road and Oxford Street are all between five and 15 minutes’ walk away, and there are shopping centres and restaurants nearby. The nearest underground stations are Lancaster Gate and Paddington, both within just a few minutes' walk, providing access to the Central, Circle, District, Bakerloo and Hammersmith & City underground lines. Paddington station also provides access to main line services and the Heathrow Express. Booking Procedure
The Hyde Park Studios can be booked in exactly the same way as a hotel: simply complete and submit the secure online booking form. As well as your exact apartment requirements, you’ll need to supply your credit card details on the booking form. This is essential for the booking to be made.
Credit Card Charges
Your card will NOT be charged at the time of booking but simply used to guarantee the reservation. The card will only be charged if you fail to arrive at the apartment without prior cancellation (see cancellation policy below).
Please note that there is a surcharge of 3.5% on payments made by credit or debit card.
Payment
You will be asked on arrival for full prepayment at the rate you booked at.
Security Deposit
No security deposit is required. However, you will be asked for an imprint of your credit card upon arrival to cover any incidental expenses.
Check-In & Check-Out Times
Check-in is from 13.00 and check-out is by 11.00.
An earlier check-in or a later check-out time may be available on request.
Keys must be collected from the apartment office nearby on Spring Street, Paddington between 9.30 and 18.00 weekdays and 10.00 and 14.00 on Saturdays. A collection time must be arranged beforehand.
Outside of office hours a contact number will be provided to arrange check-in.
Cards Accepted
Hyde Park Studios accept the following card types: Master Card, Switch/Maestro, Visa.
Cancellation Policy
Notification of cancellation is required at least 7 days prior to arrival. Cancellations received within 7 days of arrival will be charged for one night's stay.

Rates are per apartment per night, inclusive of service and exempt from VAT.
