The apartment is a cute little apartment, the sofa is used, the kitchen is ok and handy. The location is fantastic, the neighbours can be heard and internet would have incredibly expensive, it wasn't easy to get receipts.

We were not aware that the apartment was on the 4th floor with no access to lifts....this information should have been made available and emphasised to us. The furtniture is dated and uncomfortable.

Lovely location, no doubt! Our family (three small children) rented a large one bedroom for three nights. We hadn't been told we would have to buzz in (this just meant I had to wake up a few folks until we got the right apartment - #4 - where the concierge was staying). Apartment was clean and looked to have been recently renovated. A few small glitches (a cabinet door came loose, the extra small lamp broken and definitely tight when the pull-out couch was open and a set of stairs that while great for privacy were tricky with nervous kids) but overall a good experience. A member of the party traveling with us who booked a small 1 bedroom was surprised to find the "bedroom" more of an alcove and the pull-out couch too large to open in the space given.
Right near the park, morning coffee, whole foods, the tube and shopping...even the museums nearby.
