This spacious one bedroom apartment comes equipped with a double bed, kitchenette and bathroom. There is a sofa bed available in the living area suitable for two people.

Located in the affluent Kensington area the apartments are close to some of London's premier sights and attractions and within easy reach of major shopping, business and entertainment areas. Kensington High Street is just a short walk away offering a whole host of shops and boutiques and for more luxurious shopping, Knightsbridge is close by. Kensington Gardens, Kensington Roof Gardens and the Victoria and Albert Museum are all just a short walk away. High Street Kensington underground station is just a short walk away offering services on the District and Circle lines. Booking Procedure
The High Street Kensington Apartments can be booked in exactly the same way as a hotel: simply complete and submit the secure online booking form. As well as your exact apartment requirements, you'll need to supply your credit card details on the booking form. This is essential for the booking to be made.

Credit Card Charges
For bookings made more than 21 days prior to arrival: Your card will be charged for 25% of the total accommodation costs at the time of booking.
For bookings made 21 days or less prior to arrival: Your card will be charged for the total amount at the time of booking.

Please note: There is a 3% surcharge for all payments made using Visa and MasterCard credit cards, a 4% surcharge for using American Express and a £1.00 charge for using Switch/Maestro and Visa Debit.


For all bookings made under the Special Offer, your card will be charged in full at the time of booking.

Payment
For bookings made more than 21 days prior to arrival: 25% of the total accommodation costs will be taken at the time of booking. The remaining 75% will be taken 21 days prior to arrival.
For bookings made 21 days or less prior to arrival: Full payment will be taken at the time of booking.


For bookings made under the Special Offer, your reservation is an advance purchase rate and full payment will be taken at the time of booking. This is non-refundable and non-transferable.

Security Deposit
Your card will be pre-authorised for a security deposit of £200 upon arrival to cover against any breakages or damages. Alternatively, this amount can be paid in cash upon arrival and refunded on departure once the apartment has been checked.

Check-In & Check-Out Times
Check-in is from 14:00 and check-out is by 11:00.

Minimum Stay Requirement
Please note there is a seven night minimum stay requirement during the following periods:

1st-7th April 2010
25th-30th May 2010
20th June - 7th July 2010
20th December 2010 - 4th January 2011

High Street Kensington Apartments accept the following card types: American Express, Master Card, Switch/Maestro, Visa.

Cancellation Policy
For bookings of 1 or 2 apartments OR for stays of less than 3 weeks: The following cancellation charges will apply:
Cancellations received 30 days or more prior to arrival will be subject to a cancellation fee equal to £20.
Cancellations received between 15-29 days prior to arrival will be subject to a cancellation fee equal to 30% of the total accommodation costs.
Cancellations received 4-14 days prior to arrival will be subject to a cancellation fee equal to 70% of the total accommodation costs.
Cancellations received less than 4 days prior to arrival or no-shows will be subject to a cancellation fee equal to 100% of the total accommodation costs.

For bookings of more than 2 apartments OR for stays of longer than 3 weeks: The following charges will apply:
Cancellations received 30 days or more prior to arrival will be subject to a cancellation fee equal to 30% of the total accommodation costs.
Cancellations received between 8-29 days prior to arrival will be subject to a cancellation fee equal to 70% of the total accommodation costs.
Cancellations received 7 days or less prior to arrival or no-shows will be subject to a cancellation fee equal to 100% of the total accommodation costs.

Reducing the number of nights after a booking has been confirmed: Reducing the number of nights for your stay will be treated as a cancellation for the reduced nights and as such will be subject to the cancellation policy. Please see above for details.

Please note that cancelled reservations cannot be rebooked at a rate lower than that originally booked.


For bookings made under the Special Offer, cancellations made at any time will be subject to a charge equal to the total cost of the stay. Your booking is non-transferable.
