The nearby Bayswater area offers a wide variety of restaurants, bars, cafés, shops and cinemas, and the capital's famous tourist attractions and renowned shops are within easy reach. Just around the corner, Queensway will provide you with a selection of shops, restaurants and cinemas. Notting Hill and Westbourne Grove, only a short walk away, are perfect for those seeking fashionable cafés and chic shopping. The famous Portobello Road market is also nearby, with its combination of exquisite antiques and cutting-edge fashion. The tranquillity of Hyde Park is only a stone's throw away, together with the Serpentine Gallery, Princess Diana's Memorial Park and Marble Arch, leading to Oxford Street with its legendary department stores. The apartments are approximately five minutes' walk from Bayswater, Queensway and Notting Hill Gate underground stations. Bayswater station provides access to the Circle and District lines, Queensway to the Central line, and Notting Hill Gate to the Circle, District and Central lines. Booking Procedure
The Grand Plaza Apartments can be booked in exactly the same way as a hotel: simply complete and submit the secure online booking form. As well as your exact apartment requirements, you’ll need to supply your credit card details on the booking form. This is essential for the booking to be made.
Credit Card Charges
Your card will NOT be charged at the time of booking but simply used to guarantee the reservation. The card will only be charged if you fail to arrive at the apartment without prior cancellation (see cancellation policy below).
Payment
For stays of 30 nights or less, you will be asked on arrival for full prepayment at the rate you booked at.
For stays of over 30 nights, you will be asked on arrival to pay for the first 30 nights and will then be invoiced at subsequent 30 day periods.
Security Deposit
For stays of less than 30 days, a deposit equal to one weeks' stay will be required.
For stays of between 30 and 60 days, a deposit equal to two weeks' stay will be required.
For stays of over 60 days, a deposit equal to four weeks' stay will be required.
Check-In & Check-Out Times
Check-in is from 14:00 and check-out is by 11:00.

Grand Plaza Apartments accept the following card types: Master Card, Switch/Maestro, Visa.
Cancellation Policy
For stays of less than 30 days, notification of cancellation is required at least 7 days prior to the arrival date in order to avoid a cancellation charge equal to one weeks' stay.
For stays of between 30 and 60 days, notification of cancellation is required at least 14 days prior to the arrival date in order to avoid a cancellation charge equal to two weeks' stay.
For stays of between 60 and 90 days, notification of cancellation is required at least 21 days prior to the arrival date in order to avoid a cancellation charge equal to three weeks' stay.
High season rates apply to stays between 15th May and the 15th September 2008.
