Sleeps: 2  Bathrooms: 1 Studio Apartment
Studio Apartments have a double bed and can sleep one or two people. There is no separate bedroom.

Sleeps: 4  Bathrooms: 1 One Bedroom Deluxe Apartment
This apartment has a bedroom with a double bed, plus a double sofa bed, so it can sleep up to four people. The bathroom is separate, not en-suite, so this apartment is ideal if guests are staying on the sofa bed. Most One Bedroom Deluxe Apartments have a balcony.

Sleeps: 4  Bathrooms: 1 One Bedroom Super Deluxe Apartment
The Super Deluxe also has a bedroom with a double bed, and a double sofa bed, making it suitable for up to four people. It has a more spacious lounge and bedroom than the One Bedroom Deluxe, and the bathroom is en-suite.

Sleeps: 6  Bathrooms: 2 Two Bedroom Deluxe Apartment
This apartment contains a master bedroom with a double bed and en-suite bathroom, and a second bedroom with two single beds. There's also a second guest bathroom and a private balcony. A double sofa bed means that the apartment can accommodate up to six people.

Sleeps: 6  Bathrooms: 2 Two Bedroom Super Deluxe Apartment
This apartment contains all of the facilities you would find in the Two Bedroom Deluxe Apartment (see above), but is more spacious.

Sleeps: 6  Bathrooms: 2 Two Bedroom Super Large Deluxe Apartment
Suitable for up to six people, this apartment contains all of the facilities you would find in the Two Bedroom Super Deluxe Apartment (see above). However, it has an even more spacious lounge, two balconies, en-suite facilities in the second bedroom and a separate cloakroom. You'll also enjoy fantastic views over the River Thames.

Sleeps: 7  Bathrooms: 2 Two Bedroom Grande Deluxe Apartment
In addition to all that you would find in the Two Bedroom Super Large Deluxe Apartment (see above), this apartment also offers a larger living area and kitchen, plus a study, which can easily be converted into a child's bedroom. The apartment can sleep up to seven people.

Sleeps: 6  Bathrooms: 2 Three Bedroom Super Deluxe Apartment
This apartment contains a master bedroom with a double bed and en-suite bathroom, a second bedroom with a double bed, and a third bedroom with two single beds. There's also a second guest bathroom and a private balcony. The apartment can accommodate up to six people.

Sleeps: 7  Bathrooms: 2 Three Bedroom Grande Deluxe Apartment
In addition to all that you would find in the Three Bedroom Super Deluxe Apartment (see above), this apartment also offers a larger living area and kitchen, plus a study, which can easily be converted into a child's bedroom. The apartment can sleep up to seven people.

Fraser Suites Kensington has a superb location with a convenient choice of transport facilities and with easy access to the internationally renowned shops of Knightsbridge, Kensington and Chelsea along with leading restaurants, café bars, Royal Parks, museums and West End theatres. Nearby Gloucester Road underground is serviced by the Piccadilly, Circle and District lines, with direct connection to main line stations, Heathrow Airport and London’s West End. Victoria railway station offers express services to Gatwick Airport every 15 minutes, and Paddington station has an express service to Heathrow Airport every 15 minutes. There are also many convenient bus routes nearby. A chauffeur service or taxi reservations can be arranged upon request. Booking Procedure
Fraser Suites Kensington can be booked in exactly the same way as a hotel: simply complete and submit the secure online booking form. As well as your exact apartment requirements, you’ll need to supply your credit card details on the booking form. This is essential for the booking to be made.

Credit Card Charges
Your credit card will be charged in advance at the time of booking for an amount equal to 4 weeks rent, plus the security deposit (see below).

Payment
Payment is required on a weekly basis, with the remaining amount payable upon checkout. Please note that personal cheques are only accepted up to the amount shown on the cheque guarantee card.

Security Deposit
A deposit equal to 4 weeks rent is required at the time of booking to cover any incidental expenses. Deposits are returned 2-3 weeks after the apartment has been vacated.

Check-In & Check-Out Times
The usual times are from 16:00 for check-in and check out by 11:00.

Cards Accepted
Fraser Suites Kensington accept the following card types: American Express, Diners Club, Master Card, Visa.

Cancellation Policy
A cancellation charge will apply for cancellations made less than four weeks prior to arrival. Please contact us by phone or email if you require the exact details for your booking. Any booking comprising more than one apartment will be treated as a group booking and will therefore carry special terms and conditions.
