Please note that as of the 1st July 2007 smoking is not permitted in public areas or inside the apartments. The apartments are furnished with modern décor and are equipped with the latest in-room technology to keep you in touch with the business world. Each apartment has a fully equipped kitchen with options for a separate living area and sofa beds. The features below apply to all of the apartments:

Sleeps: 2  Bathrooms: 1 Standard Studio Apartment
The studio has a combined living area and bedroom with either a queen-size bed or two single beds (please specify your preference on the booking form). It can sleep one or two people.

Sleeps: 2  Bathrooms: 1 Studio Deluxe Apartment
Suitable for up to two people, the Studio Deluxe is larger than the standard studio and has a combined living area and bedroom with a queen-size bed.

Sleeps: 2  Bathrooms: 1 One Bedroom Deluxe Apartment
This apartment has one bedroom with a queen-size bed, and can sleep one or two people.

Sleeps: 4  Bathrooms: 1 One Bedroom Super Deluxe Apartment
Larger than the One Bedroom Deluxe Apartment, this apartment has a bedroom with a queen-size bed, plus a double sofa bed. It can sleep up to four people.

Sleeps: 4  Bathrooms: 1 Two Bedroom Deluxe Apartment
Suitable for up to four people, this apartment has two bedrooms, each with a queen-size bed.

Fraser Queen's Gate Garden Apartments enjoy a fabulous location with easy access to some of London's major attractions. For those interested in culture and learning, the Science, National History and Victoria & Albert Museums are right on your doorstep. A pleasant stroll away you will find Hyde Park and the Royal Albert Hall. If shopping is on the agenda, then a short walk will take you to Harrods, Harvey Nichols and the fashionable boutiques of Knightsbridge. The apartments are situated between Gloucester Road and South Kensington underground stations, both of which are on the Piccadilly Line with direct access to London Heathrow, as well as the Circle and District lines. From here, you'll have easy access to the whole of London, including the theatre and business districts as well as the many historical sights and places of interest. Booking Procedure
Fraser Place Queens Gate Apartments can be booked in exactly the same way as a hotel: simply complete and submit the secure online booking form. As well as your exact apartment requirements, you’ll need to supply your credit card details on the booking form. This is essential for the booking to be made.

Credit Card Charges
For stays of less than 30 nights, a credit card is required to guarantee a reservation and to cover extra charges made by the guest during his/her stay at Fraser Place Queens Gate e.g. telephone and internet charges, dry cleaning charges.

For stays of 30 or more nights, Frasers require full pre-payment of rent and VAT charges prior to check-in with a maximum of 4 weeks for stays from 4 weeks onwards.

All confirmation deposits must be received at the time of booking or at least 14 days prior to arrival, whichever is the later. If not received, Fraser Place Queens Gate Apartments reserve the right to cancel reservations without notice. Deposits may be paid by credit card upon receipt of the cardholder's signed authority and a clearly legible copy of both sides of the credit card. Where a corporate/company credit card is being used, the copy of the card must be presented on your company headed paper.

Payment
For stays less than 30 nights, payment of accommodation charges will be made on arrival.

For stays of 30 or more nights, Frasers requires full pre-payment of rent and VAT charges prior to check-in with a maximum of 4 weeks for stays from 4 weeks onwards. Succeeding invoices will be issued every 28 days. Invoices can be paid by credit card, in cash, by cheque or via bank transfer. Bank details for Frasers Hospitality will be re-confirmed on each pro-forma invoice issued. along with a security deposit of £20.00 per day of stay. Security deposits are refundable on departure, less deductions for any incidental charges incurred.

Payment can be made by cheque or bank transfer (cleared funds to be received prior to arrival), cash or credit card. Subsequent periods of accommodation will be invoiced/charged in advance to your credit card in periods of 30 nights or part thereof as applicable. In all cases, Fraser Place Queens Gate Apartments will provide an invoice for the period charged for your records. Any outstanding incidental charges must be settled upon departure but longer stay guests will be invoiced periodically to ensure their accounts remain in credit.

Security Deposit
For stays of 30 or more nights, a security deposit of £20.00 per day of stay at Fraser Place Queens Gate Apartments is taken on arrival. No deposit is taken for stays of less than 30 nights. A credit card pre-authorisation in the amount of £ 250.00 will be required upon check-in.

Check-In & Check-Out Times
Check-in from 14:00 and check-out by 11:00.

Fraser Place Queens Gate Apartments accept the following card types: American Express, Diners Club, Master Card, Visa.

Cancellation Policy
For stays of 1-6 nights, notice of cancellation is required 48 hours prior to arrival to avoid a cancellation fee of one nights accommodation.

For stays of 7-28 nights, notice of cancellation is required 48 hours prior to arrival to avoid a cancellation fee of two nights accommodation.

For stays of 28 nights or more, notice of cancellation is required 48 hours prior to arrival to avoid a cancellation fee of three nights accommodation.

An option held upon an extension to a rental period is subject to the cancellation terms as notified above. Group bookings are subject to a different cancellation procedure.

= VAT rate falls from 17.5% to 3.5% after 28 nights. The first 28 nights are charged at the higher rate.

For longer stays and relocations, it is often possible to obtain rate reductions, depending upon the availability and the length of stay. We will always do our very best to offer you the lowest available rate possible.
