We loved our 6 nights stay in these apartment! Taking the Heathrow Express to Paddington Station, it's just 5 min walk to the apartment. The location is very convenient (literally across the street from Hyde Park and Lancaster Gate underground station and a bus line at the end of the block). We had a 2 bedrooms refurbished apartment which was perfect for our family of five. The lift are small but better to use the stairs. The apartment was in great condition with all the facilities! There is a small grocery store around the corner as well as a a street nearby with lots of restaurants and stores. A walking distance to Malaysia Hall!

Great flat. Great location. comfortable beds and great kitchen. Cheap on toilet papers and Towels were not always clean. All in all a good deal considering it's location a 1 min walk from the tube station and the gardens.

These apartments are ideally located near the Hyde Park Italian Fountain section (hence their name), Lancaster Tube Station and various bus routes that flow to and from Oxford Street & Edgware Road.

THe lift is tight and small, which proved an issue time and time again. It's too slow, too old and one time my step son got stranded in it. THe overall hygene of the place is adequate especially for younger children. THe apartments are spacious when considering the competition,

Our 20 day stay was very very pleasant.

The location was great, but the apartment lacked a dryer which we needed and the on site management were typically uninterested and not helpful.

Although American Express was listed as one of cards acceptable, this was not the case which meant we had to move some money around to accommodate the needs of the on site manager.

LOCATION VERY GOOD, EVERYTHING ALL O.K. EXCEPT AT PRESENT SOME FLOORS ARE BEING REFURNISHED THEREFORE SOME DUST AROUND BUT ALL SHOULD BE O.K. WHEN THIS REFURBISHMENT AS BEEN FINISHED,

We loved the location of this flat and the amount of room. Our only disapointments were that only one key was provided limiting our ability to split up and that no alarm clock or wake up service was provided.

Liked the apartment for its location. Maintenance need to take care of minor details like repairing the lockset on the exit door, replacing blown lamps, etc. Overall am satisfied with the experience.

Apartment was clean, staff were very helpful, location excellent for all shoppers!! Only complaint was that bed linen was very basic - could do with upgrading that a bit. Towels changed only once every other day would have been ok if there was place to hang towels to dry after use - but there was not space for 4 large bathtowels to hang up.

The apartment was not ready for when we arrived it took another 30 mins before the cleaners left.

The apartment was tired looking in areas with old fixtures and fittings mixed with new.

It suited me for the location and price.

Overall I was very disappointed in the apartment considering the cost per night. The apartment was very noisy including a lot of noise from other apartments in the building. There was little provided in the kitchen such as a dish cloth and the dishwasher had not been emptied from the previous guests. I was not able to connect to the internet from the apartment and had to sit downstairs in the lobby which was not at all convenient. Overall I would not consider at all recommending the apartment.
