Ideally located, the apartments are in a quiet location yet within easy walking distance of many attractions and restaurants etc. The underground is just a few minutes walk away when your legs get tired. Clean and spacious, the apartments represent excellent value for money when compared to hotels.

Really good - don't know why the reviews were poor on trip advisor. Only downside is some of the apartments were not so well equipped - no bowls etc - looks like breakages don't get replaced!

Overall very good
Slight negatives were initial hassle in getting car park pass, bed mattress on the soft side and shortage of dinner plates - only two which didn't match.

I would say above all, it was a very nice apartment. I found the apartment generally to be quite clean. Naturally the big plus point is the location, 5-10min walk to London Bridge station is very ideal. You can walk to many amazing sites, so this is a very big positive...especially if your coming from abroad!
The range of facilities was good and I was happy to see this. Im not a very fussy customer, however I found the only downsides to be:
a)customer service was not as good as it could have been. For instance, I noticed the kettle was not working as soon as I arrived, I phoned at reception to have this brought to attention, to which the guy on the phone replied that he couldnt do anything about it at the moment and will see to it tomorrow. I was there for 5 days and did not get a response. Its not a super big deal as pans are provided to heat water (im not a fussy person), I just feel more care could have been provided on this front for something quite small.
b) There was an unusal smell to the fridge, it wasnt unbearable however after repeatedly trying to clean it, the smell still lingered. They should have noticed this before I arrived for my stay I thought.
These are two, arguably are quite small points, and I must stress that you shouldnt let it deter you from the fact that the apartment IS GOOD, Location is amazing and the facilities are good too.
Just a few finishing touches would have made my stay fantastic!

As my first experience of the apartments i was impressed at the facilities, location and cleanliness.
I was disappointed with the security staff who i had to ask which floor the apartment was on and didn't really welcome or give me any info.
If you improved the staff it would be perfect!

We were very happy with our apartment and will recommend it to everyone we know that is staying in London. We are planning on using the apartments in other London locations during our next visits to London.

The apartment was all we aere expecting and needing. It is looking slightly tired now with some stains on the carpet, and marks on the walls. The only thing I could say was that we didn't have enough crockery or cutlery for the 4 of us. There was only 1 teraspoon!- easily solved but should have been sorted before we got there!

There was no frying pan so it was a bit difficult to fry some eggs, for example.
The rest was quite great.
Regards.
Ana.
