It was good experience to stay in thus apartment. Location is 5-7 mins walk from Padigton and Lancaster Gate Metro Station.
The facilities provided in the rooms quite good, staff is also good.
The most important thing is location is approachable by Bus, Metro and train

Good location. Clean. Rooms very very small. Poor value for money. Unkindly master of the house; very kind and polite housekeeper.

The room was so small I thought it was a joke. Everything listed on the internet was there, but what a disappointment to realize I just spent 450+ CAD on such a room. Never again, will not recommend to anyone

The property is well located. The reception is open most of the time. But it has a significant space problem. You need to really see twice around you before you make any move. It is not recommended for a family.

I had booked a double room for myself and my brother but when my brother checked-in, he was told that a single room had been booked. After I arrived and confirmed that we were booked in a double room, the person at the reception said that there were no double rooms left! We were then given a room to stay and asked to move our luggage in the morning when a double room became available. Instead of getting ahead with our work in the morning my brother and I spent a considerable time moving and waiting around. No apologies were offered and we were made to feel like we were being difficult!
Moreover my brother and I were given only one set of keys (we asked for another set but were told that only one set was available) and so had to co-ordinate out plans very carefully.
I felt cheated staying at this property and will never return or recommend it to anyone.

The only thing that caused discomfort was the fact that the hotel charged me a 10 pound fee to leave my luggage for a day on my last day in London. At first he charged 20 pounds, and then went down to 10 - it sounded very opportunistic to me.

The first apartment I had was very small but at the top of the building so was quiet. I had to move apartments for some reason the next day which I agreed to as long as the receptionist promised to move my bags in to the new apartment while I was out, and transfer my pint of milk in the fridge into the new fridge. I returned to find my bags had been left in the reception office where anyone could have access to them. My milk had been left in the office fridge and the office staff had helped themselves to it and left it nearly empty!
I was then shown to a basement flat, which I refused to stay in as it was accessed from a separate entrance outside down some steep stairs - as a female travelling alone I did not feel that this was secure enough-especially if I arrived back late at night.
I was then given another apartment, which was for 3 people, so I was charged an extra £10 a night to stay there - even though it was their fault that I had to move in the first place. This was on the ground floor under the stairs so I heard everyone coming and going and so didn't get to sleep till 3am one night - not good when you have to be up at 6.30....
I will not be staying here again!
