We were so impresses by the accomodation. My little boy loved his bunkbeds and the flat was so spacious. The secure courtyard was also a real bonus. We couldn't have asked for anything more and will stay here again next time we are in London.

Excellent appartment. All the facilities one needs to be comfortable. very clean and well stocked. matt who oriented us to the apartments was very helpful and thorough. These apartments are a little far from the downtown but it's very well connected by tube and buses. We spent about 30 minutes to go to main attractions.
The apartment was really new and clean with everything you need for cooking and washing. Even they gave us soap for washing machine and dishwasher. Also the sofa bed was very comfortable for an adult and luxurious for our daughter.
Last, the apartments are near a big and cheap supermarket so you could save having dinner at home.

This place was beyond amazing I SO recomend it! Beautiful apartment, clean, comfortable. Staff members (Robert) so nice and friendly! Rob we didn't need the fire blanket haha!
Everything was in perfect condition. Shor walk from the metro tube.
Considering booking with them again when I go back to London1

The apartment was generally dirty upon arrival. All the trays had a layer of grease on them. There were no tongs, the skirting boards needed re-nailing in several places and the legs on the nest of tables were loose enough that my daughter pinched her finger in it. There was no Hi-Fi system or coffee maker as per the website.

Very pleased, we found our bearings very quickly 5 minutes from the underground visited the history & science museums and only 10/15 minute walk from the Alexandra Palace where we watched the PDC Darts final -Brilliant

1) No lift
2)Storage space to put clothes into
