Originally built in 1880 and recently renovated, these fine period buildings are located in the tranquil, idyllic surroundings of the Kensington Conservation Area. They allow the discerning guest the chance to experience the stylish elegance of town house living in one of London's most exclusive boroughs - for a surprisingly modest price.
The generously sized apartments have a separate reception room, dining area and a fully equipped kitchen (except for the Studio, which has a kitchenette). The bathrooms are spacious and have shaver points, baths and showers, and some apartments have a balcony or roof terrace.

Room service is available from an outside company, bringing you a huge choice of cuisines from London's top restaurants. You will also benefit from:

Day passes to a nearby leisure club can be arranged at £10 per day. Each apartment comprises a bedroom with separate living area, bathroom, dining area and a fully equipped modern kitchen with microwave, oven/hob and fridge freezer. (The Studio has a combined bedroom/living area and a kitchenette rather than a full kitchen). Most apartments have a washer/dryer, and laundry facilities are also available. Selected apartments benefit from beautiful balconies or roof terraces.

Sleeping one or two, the Studio Apartment contains two twin beds that are convertible into one king-size bed. It has a combined living area and bedroom, and has recently been refurbished to a superior standard.
Sleeps: 3 Bathrooms: 1 One Bedroom Executive Apartment
Recently refurbished, One Bedroom Apartments can sleep up to three people. The bedroom has two twin beds that can be converted into one king-size bed, and the sofa bed in the living area can comfortably accommodate one adult or two children. There is a charge of £20 per night for use of the sofa bed.
Sleeps: 5 Bathrooms: 1 Two Bedroom Executive Apartment
The Two Bedroom Executive Apartment can sleep up to five people, and has recently been refurbished to a high standard. It contains two bedrooms, each with two twin beds that can easily be converted into a king-size bed, plus a sofa bed in the living area that can comfortably accommodate one adult or two children. There is a charge of £20 per night for use of the sofa bed.
Sleeps: 5 Bathrooms: 2 Two Bedroom Two Bathroom Executive Apartment
This apartment has the same accommodation as the Two Bedroom Executive Apartment (see above), sleeping up to five people, but also benefits from an additional bathroom.
Sleeps: 7 Bathrooms: 2 Three Bedroom Two Bathroom Executive Apartment
Recently refurbished and furnished to a high standard, this apartment can sleep up to seven people. It has three separate bedrooms, each with two twin beds that may easily be converted into a king-size bed. There are two bathrooms, and the sofa bed in the living room can comfortably accommodate an additional adult or two children. There is a charge of £20 per night for use of the sofa bed.

The penthouses offer the most comfortable accommodation of all the apartments. Sleeping up to five people, this one has two bedrooms, each with two twin beds that may easily be converted into a king-size bed. There is also a living area with a sofa bed that can comfortably accommodate one adult or two children. (There is a charge of £20 per night for use of the sofa bed). The apartment has two bathrooms, and there is also a private balcony for your enjoyment.
Sleeps: 7 Bathrooms: 2 Three Bedroom Penthouse Apartment
The penthouses offer the most comfortable accommodation of all the apartments. With three bedrooms, this one can sleep up to seven people. Each bedroom has two twin beds that may easily be converted into a king-size bed. There is also a living area with a sofa bed that can comfortably accommodate one adult or two children. (There is a charge of £20 per night for use of the sofa bed). The apartment also has a private balcony.
For those attending events at Olympia or Earl's Court, Collingham Apartments are within walking distance. The Royal Albert Hall is nearby, as are three of London's biggest museums: the Natural History Museum, the Victoria and Albert Museum, and the Science Museum. The renowned shopping areas of Chelsea and Knightsbridge are within easy reach. A 24-hour supermarket is just two minutes' walk away, and there's also a casino nearby. Collingham Apartments are conveniently located within easy walking distance of three underground stations: Gloucester Road, South Kensington and Earl's Court. These stations provide easy access to the Circle, District and Piccadilly underground lines, so getting around central London is quick and easy. A number of bus services are also accessible nearby, and there are excellent rail and road links to London's major airports. Booking Procedure
Collingham Apartments can be booked in exactly the same way as a hotel: simply complete and submit the secure online booking form. As well as your exact apartment requirements, you'll need to supply your credit card details on the booking form. This is essential for the booking to be made.
Credit Card Charges
On booking, a deposit of 25% of the total accommodation cost will be charged to your credit card. The balance is due 14 days prior to arrival, and will also be taken from your credit card, unless you choose to make alternative payment arrangements directly with the apartments (for example, company cheque, banker's draft or bank transfer). You are entitled to a refund of all or part of your deposit if you cancel the booking, as long as you cancel within the terms of the cancellation policy (see below).
Payment
Apartments will be paid for prior to arrival - see above.
Security Deposit
As is the usual procedure, when you check in, an imprint of your credit card will be requested to cover any incidental expenses you might occur during your stay. This authorisation will be up to £350 and will be cancelled on departure. You may leave a cash deposit instead if you prefer.

Check-in from 14:00 and check-out by 12:00.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made at least 28 days prior to arrival can be made without charge.
Cancellations made between 14 and 27 days prior to arrival will incur a cancellation charge equal to 25% of the total cost of the booking.
Cancellations made between 7 and 13 days prior to arrival will be subject to a cancellation charge equal to 50% of the total cost of the booking.
Cancellations made less than 7 days prior to arrival will be charged the full cost of the booking.
