The apartments were exactly as advertised and were clean. We had excellent customer service before we arrived and on arrival the girls who checked in said they received excelent service too. The location of these apartments is fabulous, just a short walk form Oxford street. My only negative was the sofa beds were really uncomfortable but otherwise the apartments were perfect.

What a fabulous location and a generally great apartment. Suggest that the kitchen is stocked with a little more (tea towels/wipers/cling wrap) but apart from that really great. Do not recommend it for families with a double (sid by side) stroller as the hallway is very narrow. We will be back again for sure.

We were upgraded to a lovely apartment in Chesterfield Street and made to feel very welcome by the housekeeper.The apartment was clean and in an excellent location. We only had a brief stay but this would have made an excellent base for a longer city break and highly recommend this aparatment, which enabled the family to be together, unreservedly.

A brilliant location made this choice of accommodation perfect for myself and 3 girlfriends. We had plenty of room, large sitting room, well equipped kitchen. Only complaint would be the noise from the water tank - too loud and the shower wasn't the best.

Apartment seemed shabby. The water pump made so much noise we couldn't sleep in the master bedroom.

This apartment was ideal for what we wanted. The location was excellent especially for walking to Oxford Street and Knightsbridge and the Green Park tube stationand.The children also enjoyed a run around Green Park which is two minutes walk away. Our only complaint is that there was a loud noise coming from the water tank every time the water in the bathroom was used.

The bedroom and bed was to little.
The livingroom was O.K.
Bathroom and kitchen, O.K. too.
I stayed at Shaw House with a group of friends for a one night break in London and was very impressed with the 4 bed apartment we had at Shaw House. The location was excellent, the apartment had everything we could need for a short break and was clean. The service we received before arrival was excellent, the house manager always answered any questions I had promptly. I would definately recommend and look to stay again.
