Each of these stylish apartments provides a spacious living area with contemporary fittings and décor, a fully equipped kitchen and designer bathroom facilities. The following features apply to all apartments:

This apartment has a combined living and sleeping area with a designer sofa-wall bed.

Sleeps: 3  Bathrooms: 1 One Bedroom Apartment
This apartment has one bedroom with a king sized bed which can be converted into twin beds on request. An extra bed is available for a third person at an additional charge.

Sleeps: 6  Bathrooms: 2 Two Bedroom Apartment
This apartment has a master bedroom with a king sized bed and a second bedroom with a double bed which can be converted into twin beds on request. A sofa bed is available to accommodate an extra two people at an additional charge.

Sleeps: 4  Bathrooms: 1 One Bedroom Penthouse Apartment
This apartment has one bedroom with a double bed that can be converted into twin beds on request. A sofa bed is available to accommodate an extra two people at an additional charge, and the apartment also features a balcony.

The apartments are located near to the Limehouse Basin, a peaceful marina area with a range of local amenities. It is just five minutes on the DLR from here to the vibrant Canary Wharf business district, six minutes on the DLR to Bank station for the City, and only twenty minutes to the West End. The nearest station is Limehouse, which offers services on the Docklands Light Railway and mainline services reaching Fenchurch Street for the City in just five minutes, and to other destinations including Gravesend and Southend-on-Sea. Booking Procedure
The City Docklands Apartments can be booked in exactly the same way as a hotel: simply complete and submit the secure online booking form. As well as your exact apartment requirements, you’ll need to supply your credit card details on the booking form. This is essential for the booking to be made.

Credit Card Charges
For bookings made at standard rates, your card will be charged at the time of booking for the first 30 days of the stay, or for the entire period if less than 30 days.

Please note that there is a 3.5% surcharge on payments made by Visa and Mastercard and a 4.5% surcharge on payments made by American Express and Diner's Club.

For all bookings made under the Special Offer, your card will be charged in full at the time of booking.

Payment
For bookings made at standard rates:
For stays of 30 nights, payment will be taken at the time of making the booking.

For stays of over 30 nights, payment for the first month will be taken at the time of making the booking. The second month will be payable at week 4 of your stay. Any further months are due every 4 weeks.

Payment- Special Offer Bookings

For bookings made under the Special Offer, your reservation is an advance purchase rate and full payment will be taken at the time of booking. This is non-refundable and non-transferable.

Security Deposit
On arrival, your card will be pre-authorised for up to £200 to cover any incidental expenses and you will be asked to provide a copy of your passport, driving licence or photo ID card.

Please note: For security reasons, you may be asked to show the card used to secure your reservation.

Check-In & Check-Out Times
Check-in is from 15:00 and check-out is by 10:30.

Cards Accepted
City Docklands Apartments accept the following card types: American Express, Diners Club, Maestro, Master Card, Visa Credit, Visa Debit.

Cancellation Policy
For bookings made at standard rates, notification of cancellation is required at least 72 hours prior to arrival to avoid a cancellation charge. Cancellations made less than 72 hours prior to arrival will be charged a cancellation fee equal to the total cost of the stay.

Guests wishing to shorten their stay after check-in should be aware that the notice period of 72 hours to avoid a cancellation charge equal to the total cost of the stay will still apply.

Please note that cancelled reservations cannot be rebooked at a rate lower than that originally booked.


For bookings made under the Special Offer, cancellations made at any time will be subject to a charge equal to the total cost of the stay. Your booking is non-transferable.

Stays of less than seven nights are restricted during the 9th - 12th November and 31st December 2010.

Higher Rates may apply to the following dates: 21st June - 4th July, 9th - 12th November and 31st December 2010. Please contact us for details.
