excellent all round,
minor quibble only re tea/coffee facilities..could have done with slightly better range of tea/coffee and only x1 small water bottle for 3,and only x1 lot of shower/shampoo for 3 as if room hadn't been filled up etc.
Easily sorted toiletries by desk staff who were all really lovely and helpful
Have already recommended to several people, thanks

Very nice place! A very modern appartment which was clean and big enough for the 5 of us. A quiet place. Very good service at the 24-hour front desk, which helped us to feel safe. For a 3 day-stay it was perfect. Buses and DLR in front. Easy to get downtown. (Just a little thing, no hair-dryer, no olive oil, salt and pepper (which we had to buy... and leave all of it) it's kind of annoying not having the basics to cook...) But it was the only little thing.

There was a bit of damage in apartment 1, a few dints and scrapes on the walls, the bedside table in the main bedroom had the drawer front lying on the floor where it had been pulled off, the kick board under the oven was broken. There was no can opener and there was a constant humming sound like a fan running (it wasn't the bathroom fan or the range hood fan).
The area on the lower ground as you exit the lift is very dark, messy and depressing, always full of crates, boxes and wet, not very asthetically pleasing.

Clean and fresh. Thought the price was fine. Cot was a bit expensive at £36 for two nights but had adequate clean linen and it was clean and safe.
Staff were friendly and helpful at every stage. Didn't hurry us out in the morning which was nice as the kids were in slow mode.
Would recommend it. Good location to lots of places. near coffee and restaurants etc. good taxi access.

Very good service, very clean appartment, however the proximity of Commercial Road made the appartment quite noisy.

Great apartment/location, cleaning not up to stratch, sticky cupboard door handles in kitchen. Carpets had been cleaned which is great but were still quite wet when we arrived which was a bit of a nuisance! No hairdryer.

Slow broadband connection, using cable, Wireless would have been great. Otherwise, the apartment was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. It is 5 mins walk from Limehouse DLR station and on a direct bus route to Trafalgar Sq. We were able to get home from a West End show in 40 mins, door to door.

These apartments (we occupied a one bedroom) are situated in an area that initially appears rather dubious - but southwards towards the river it becomes very attractive. The apartments themselves are also a very pleasant surprise after a somewhat mediocre reception area and uninviting exterior. They are spacious and modern and comfortable. The kitchen however is a little under equipped. Apart from the basics of cutlery and crockery you are provided with three pots. And they are not suitable for microwave cooking. No dishes are provided for preparing a salad nor did I find a breadboard. However the washing machine and dishwasher were most appreciated.

A very nice, clean and comfortable place to stay. Very good facilities, location is good very easy to get around from there. Slight problem with the late check out booking, we were being asked to leave at 10am when we had paid to stay until 2pm, however issue was resolved.

Very good value for money for London.
The kitchen could have been better equipped - the frying pan was too old/dirty to use.
Reception staff very helpful.
I think 10.30 checkout if very early and I was told I'd have to pay for later checkout.

The third floor apartment had everything we needed for a week's stay in London. It was clean and well presented. The reception ladies were helpful and pleasant to deal with.
Our only problem was in the bathroom stepping into and out of the bath to have a shower. It needs a hand rail to provide support when getting into and out of the shower. Also a second towel rail would assist in drying of towels.

Really nice modern 1 bedroom apartment, very comfortable for 3 people. The lady on reception was lovely and very helpful. The sofa bed wasn't set up when we first arrived but it was all sorted out very quickly and someone came to make up the bed and provided extra towels. Very efficient friendly service. Highly recommended.

Great apartment in a good central location within a stones throw of the tube. A tea towel and dish cloth would've been useful. A hairdryer in the apartment is essential too.
We would definitely return! See you again soon!
