My husband and I booked this apartment as we wanted somewhere to stay in London for the weekend which was near/in the city centre, and we particularly wanted somewhere where we could cook for ourselves if we fancied it. We were overall very happy with the apartment. We could not fault the location, as this was very close to Russell Square tube station (and from there you can get to a lot of nice places easily such as Covent Garden, Leicester Square etc). The apartment was clean and tidy. We liked the fact that there was a fixed bed, already made up for us, and that there were little extras such as towels (which we did not expect) and also toiletries! Also there was a hair dryer. The shower/bathroom area, although small, was adequate for our needs and the shower was nice and warm. We also thought that the apartment had been fairly well thought out in terms of storage. We liked the wardrobe which had several big drawers as well as hanging space (and a safe inside), and also that if you needed, you could put suitcases under the bed. In such a small space, these little details can make quite a difference!
We also liked the fact that the small kitchen/kitchenette area had a proper oven as well as a microwave. Also, there was a fridge and a freezer! However, the only thing that did let the apartment down was the fact that there was hardly any kitchen utensils ie, no cooking knives, serving spoons etc, or baking trays. This is a shame as otherwise, we were very happy with the apartment and the facilities.
The reception staff were pleasant and helpful - one young man even offered to carry one of our bags for us.
My husband and I would definitely recommend this apartment to others as we feel that overall it is very good value for money. For instance, you would be hard pushed to find a hotel that is as cheap and in our opinions, you get more for your money and for less.

A lovely alternative to hotel in London in a quiet attractive road but still near a bustling area of shops, cafes and art cinema. Staff v.friendly and accommodating, it was handy to be able to leave our bag for a few hours after checking out. Room was cosy, clean and tastefully decorated and had all the facilities we needed including useful little things like washing up liquid! The standard studio was on the small side but fine for a few nights.

I rented a large budget studio. It was big for one person but not sure about using it for 2 people considering the tiny bathroom/shower.
I was at the last floor so the studio was very bright but there's not elevator and the stairs were tiny...not easy with a big and heavy piece of luggage.
The kitchen was great with refrigerator and freezer....but I would have loved a toaster. Some dish towels would have been great too!
But globally it was a good experience.

I travelled alone and having a fridge and cooker is great, don't have to got out in search of a restaurant etc. The location is fantastic, a leafy crescent a 5 min walk from King's Cross, but still very quiet. The bed was comfy, all channels on TV, free wifi and although the shower room is small the shower itself was powerful and lovely toiletries thrown in. My only complaint is that the extractor fan was very noisy but this was no big deal really. Overall a very good value stay and highly recommended.

Mature couple - Posted: Tue 15th Jan 2013
Had a great stay at these apartments...we chose a large studio with balcony and were not disappointed at all. Have stayed in numerous other London hotels and apartments but all have been very overpriced and customer service generally poor. Cartwright gardens have proved to be the exception and we will definitely stay there again. The staff are friendly and very helpful, providing free baggage store and excellent all round customer service. The studio was bigger than we expected given the other reviews and we found it had everything we needed. Would certainly have been happy to stay for longer and we found it ideal for two people on a leisure trip. Just got to find the time and the money now to repeat the trip in the near future!

Lovely apartment and great for our trip. Give us the freedom to do what we liked and not restricted to meal times or curfew. Would recommend and will be staying again.
Thanks
Business traveller - Posted: Sat 15th Dec 2012
It was fine for a very, very short break but it was very small. Two people for more than a couple of days would be unbearable - barely enough space to turn round in the bathroom and the 'kitchen' bit was virtually on the bed so it would be really unpleasant to cook anything and then sleep there. very convenient for central london and taxis easy to pick up. the staff were very good.

We found this property through an internet search but what a find! It's less than 10 minutes walk from Kings Cross and Euston and 5 minutes from St Pancras. The accommodation is spread along Cartwright Gardens so don't be surprised at being taken to another property from the reception. The reception is manned 24 hours and you can leave luggage their securely. Our studio apartment was small but well equipped and very clean. Although we were only there for one night we could have spent a week comfortably in it. When there we found the staff friendly and very helpful. I would recommend this accommodation.

Room 40/02 had a very draughty, single glazed sash window, letting in noise and cold air. Surely double glazed units with well sealed frames would be an environmentally better alternative. Also, being a basement flat there was very significant footfall noise from the adjacent staircase, a big problem late at night. Other than this the room was excellent, pity about the draught and noisy staircase!

I had a pleasent stay in the apartment, I was dissapointed that I booked a standard room but when I went to check in they confirmed to me that the rain lastnight flood some apartments. They recommended to stay in another room but has a seperate bathroom or stay in another apartment in a different location. The bed wasn't a bed it was actually a sofa bed. It was small, but they did refund the difference as this room was much more cheaper.

We were in a large studio apartment, which was adequate in size and well designed and equipped. The shower room was a bit small but had everything it needed. Having arrived by train at Euston, the location was ideal. over all we had a very pleasant and comfortable stay.

Shower room very compact, no plug for the small basin in showerroom , would swap more shower room space for less kitchen space.
Kitchen units quite high for access and a bit over specified re storage.
Wardrobe quite high to reach racks and double bed set against wall

I like the appartments and the location? My only quibbles were that my room was not serviced, and I got back too late at night to raise the issue. Also I could not get any BBC channels either tv or radio, on the television , although there was every other channel I could wish for

I cannot speak highly enough of the stay I had at Cartwright Gardens Apartments, other than that if I need to stay in London for a week again, this will be my first choice.
Excellently located for St. Pancras station, the apartment had everything I needed in terms of facilities and more - free wi-fi, air con that worked (a rarity in London!) and a full kitchen.
I would say that it probably would have been a bit of a squeeze for two people, especially if they had more than one suitcase, but for a solo traveller it was perfect.

We arrived expecting a very small studio apartment and that was confirmed but not as small as we had imagined. For a couple who spent most of the day exploring London, this was great accomodation, central to Russell Square, Kings Cross St Pancras and Euston stations. My only criticism would be the extremely small shower recess and the staff smoking outside our ground floor window. Otherwise an extremely enjoyable stay with a very helpful 24 hour reception. Would definately stay here again when in London.
Jamie Woolgar, Young couple - Posted: Thu 3rd May 2012
The property was nice and the room had everything that we needed, but when we got back to our room we realised that the entrance hall must have been above us as the room was really noisy. I would have said something but it was already 11pm and we did not want the hassle of moving to another room. When paying over £100 for the room this was disappointing and I do not think we would stay at this venue again.

The studio apartment was a first-class base for our three days in London. The apartment is small, so our organised natures and previous experience with caravanning were a help. One suggestion is that if space under the double bed could be used for storing suitcases, there would be much less congestion in the apartment. We would highly recommend these apartments as excellent value for money. We are looking forward to our next visit later next month.

Very close to the Central Londons Sights; Nice neighborhood with everything you need (coffe houses, Pubs, stores, bicycle hire system, underground station; Our standard apartment on the 3rd floor was equipped very well with a double bed, armchair, kitchen with microwave oven, stove+oven, toaster, kettle, fridge and freezer, wardrobe with safe and hairdryer, shelf with tv and dvd player, bathroom with shower, small wash basin, toilet and towels; Bar-table with 2 chairs; We would recommend the apartment for young and mid-aged couples or singles, but not for seniors and families (small space, lots of stairs; We liked the fruits and the acessoires supplied on our arrival. The standard apartment is relatively small but very nice and well equipped. We would definely come back!

This was perfect for a short stay in London, very clean and pretty well equipped with friendly staff. Close to Euston and Kings Cross/St Pancras. A good range of small shops close by too and some places to eat and pubs. Only two suggestions - our studio was underneath reception and the creaky floors woke me early as people left, so request a room at the back perhaps? Also, there was no coffee maker of any description, would have been useful.
Doug, Solo traveller - Posted: Thu 29th Mar 2012
The studio is small but quite functional. The kitchen facility is adequate for mid-level cooking. It is quiet. The neighborhood and location for access to all of London is great. Very clean. No hassle management. Value for quality is superb.

Odd "kitchen" facilities with no space for food prep and almost hidden power sockets. No tea towels for drying dishes/cutlery. However otherwise a pleasant small room with curious extras (sewing kit, razor, toothbrush, cotton buds) hidden in little cardboard parcels in various places and an elegant bowl of fruit on arrival. Bed and shower were perfect and the little patio ideal for me so overall great for a short stay and excellent value. Perhaps rather smaller but certainly better than any hotel room.

London can be a challenging city to get a happy balance in the location, comfort/amenities and value equation. I have gone upmarket and was invariably disappointed on the VFM metric. Chain brand budget hotels actually seemed even worse i.e., getting so much less and still paying a relatively high price. The Cartwright Garden Apartments on the other hand feel like a different model, a serviced apartment with modern, efficient fittings (incl flat screen TV and free wireless), close to a national rail/underground and at a price less than the last budget hotel that I stayed it. In addition, the office management and supporting staff couldn't have been more helpful. The compromise, and not much of one, is that the single room that I had was small, but the layout was so efficient. Not a problem.

Cartwright Gardens was the most wonderfully clean, modern, beautifully decorated accomodation I have stayed in in London. 5 minutes away from Russel Square tube station and a 20 minute walk from Oxford Street. We loved the appartment from day one and would have no hesitation booking again asap!!! We knew reception was available 24 hours a day but weren't bothered by anyone throughout our whole stay. Perfect location. Room very small but fine for our needs. The bed however was awfull! Cheap sofa bed with two cheap mattresses! Would expect better for the cost
Business traveller - Posted: Tue 20th Dec 2011
The apartment is new and clean, with everything you need. However, the images on internet via the site I booked do not correspond with the tiny room I got. The kitchen is practically in your bed. On the other hand, the bed sleeps good and the (tiny) shower is very good and to me that is most important. You have to be very slim though to be able to reach the bed, stand in the bathroom and take your clothes in or out of the closet. I would recommend it because it is not expensive, but clean and otherwise nice. There is a 24 h reception and the people are very friendly. I was unlucky to stay in the apartment on the street side where the garbage was collected and the cleaners would meet: so it is noisy already early in the morning.
Business traveller - Posted: Mon 19th Dec 2011
Overall okay, quiet, central location, clean overall.
Downsides - fan not working in bathroom, bathroom ridiculously small (this would put me off booking again) particularly tiny washbasin at very low height and toilet - you can't sit straight on it!, curtains were dirty, and bed a bit soft. Would recommend, but with above comments.

We spent 2 nights over the last week-end before Christmas and we indeed really enjoyed our stay at Cartwright Gardens Apartments. The location is just perfect and the residence is very clean. People at the reception are all very polite and helpful and the service is absolutely great. It looks bright and clean everywhere. We had gone for a "patio studio" and that was just what we needed. Eventhough the bathroom is very small, it is very clean and well equipped with a powerfull heather that enable the very thick and in a very good state towels to be warm. The shower has pressure which is also great. The matress was for me a bit soft, but still ok. There was a vase of fresh flowers as well as a bowl of fruits and the necessary stuff to prepare a tea. There were even some biscuits. The patio part consist of a small table and chairs and for sure this is enjoyable when the temperature is high enough to enjoy this facility. Well the overall is extremely positive and we know that next time we decide to come to London for a week-end, we know where we will be staying. We recommand this residence with great pleasure and thank you for the way they manage the residence and for their kindness. Sandrine and Saïd

Georgian terrace. With bus and tube links in easy walking distance and clean well equipped and comfortable accommodation as well as helpfull and attentive staff we certainly had good value for money and will come again.

The only thing we missed was a hot plate which would enable some easier cooking(the kitchenette is equipped with a microwave). We would recommend any of our friends to stay at Cartwright Gardens!

excellent location and apartment was clean and tidy. As my room was on lower ground level, housekeeping was constantly chatting (very distracting!). They always had towels and sheets strewn all over the place which made it very messy and hard to walk through. Apart from that, the other staff were very helpful with my requirements. Room was very small for the price i was paying but it was newly furbished and good enough for one (although they stated it sleeps 2).

best bits-the central location, easy access to several tube stations and the customer service. the friendly man on reception let me print off some etickets from his computer.
worst bits-an overly excited fire alarm (steam from the kettle set it off!) the communal iron leaked rusty water from its base over one of my favourite shirts. the iron itself is useless as it doesn't get hot enough to actually remove creases!!
the rooms are small but perfectly clean and comfortable.
we would stay again.

Although the space was not huge, there was everything to hand, including microwave, fridge, freezer, two-ring hob and laundry facilities in the basement. Location was good, being close to Euston Station and within easy walking distance of St Pancras.

I really liked staying here. The check-in staff were friendly and helpful; the location was excellent. I stayed for a week, however, and no one collected the rubbish from the flat. Nor was there any good arrangement for disposing garbage. This is my only major complaint. On a less sugnificant note, a washing machiene in the premesis would have been convenient. Otherwise the stay was excellent.

Clean, comfortable and quiet. And location was super. Excellent value for money! Would definitely recommend it.
LOUISE SHILLING, Business traveller - Posted: Tue 22nd Nov 2011
No telephone or help by staff with bags up several steep flights of stairs.
Small rooms with view out onto a car park not the best outlook.
The carpets where old and ragged. The cupboard where high and out of reach.and the kitchette was basic and poorly designed. Would not recommend to other travellers.

My wife and I chose a room with a patio and were shocked at how small the room was when we arrived. We nearly left straight away but were too worn out to find alternative accommodation. Honestly you could not swing a cat in that space let alone sleep 2 adults. We had to move the bed at 2am because the pillows kept slipping off next to the patio doors. On the plus side the room was reasonably clean (I found thick dust when I moved the bed), its a 10 minute walk to Russell Square Tube, 10 minute walk to Euston Station, shops and pub nearby. In future I will try to find alternative accommodation.

The apartment is situated in a good quiet location close to Kings Cross, St Pancras & Euston. The apartment was clean and comfortable, with excellent customer service from the staff.
Karla, Business traveller - Posted: Mon 14th Nov 2011
The apartment was small but clean, with all you need (comfy bed, internet, kitchen), the location was good (less than 10 min walking from the metro) and the customer service was kind. The only bad experience was the booking process, the first price was one and the final price was completely different, 50% more of their original offer.
Business traveller - Posted: Sun 13th Nov 2011
The booking agent did not advise that the flat was a fourth-floor walkup. No others were available on checkin. The desk staff were cordial and informed and helpful. Baggage reception from the baggae shipper was good. The room was adequate but misrepresented in the photographs. The mattress should have been replaced some time ago. One duvet and cover should have been supplemented with a blanket. Four pillos were provided. There were an inadequate number of dishes. The bath was small but functional but lacked shelf space for toiletries. No washcloths were provided and no dish cloths or towels. The bath was obviously new. The IKEA kitchen was not new but functional, however the sink was in the corner and awkward to reach and use. Seating was poor -- two very uncomfortable folding chairs. One folding television tray was provided and no more. The apartment was clean the weekly housekeeping servie was adequate if not especially thorough. Maintenance calls were immediate and cordial. The room facing the garden was noisy day and night from the students in the UofL dormitory across the garden. Partying went on around the clock. Walls are paper thin so that the bathroom and bedroom noises of more spiritied neighbours are clarly audible. Earplugs are a must. Value for the money was marginal.

Several aspects of the apartment we stayed in ('standard') are excellent.
The location, the cleanliness, the front office staff are excellent ... the downside is the size of the apartment, it is SO small ... it was in the basement so the curtain had to be down for privacy. I don't think the size is reflected in the price we paid (£102 per night) but as I said, if you go in expecting it then everything else is fine, the staff are really good and helpful and the luggage store service on our last day was a real bonus.
Oh, and if you know the area , we didn't hear a tube train through the walls.

Friendly staff, nice facilities, and central yet quiet location, some confusion around check-out times but apart from that loved it.
Ronald Sulman, Mature couple - Posted: Tue 8th Nov 2011
Well appointed, clean, excellent location, supermarket close by. Helpful staff. No lifts and steep stairs, small rooms.
Alison Crockett, Young couple - Posted: Mon 7th Nov 2011
Apartment was extremely small, more like a tiny bedroom with a kitchen sink next to the bed. Bed was poor quality, similar to a camp bed. No plug sockets for hairdryer etc, had do dry hair using the kettle plug socket whilst standing next to the sink. No toaster. Quite impractical.
Alan Kerr, Mature couple - Posted: Mon 7th Nov 2011
We spent 4 enjoyable nights in an apartment at this address in early October this year. The staff were very helpful, the apartment itself, though small, had everything one could expect (for the money) & the location was excellent - a short bus/underground ride from the centre of London, numerous restaurants, a laundromat & also a large modern supermarket within a pleasant walking distance. For travellers wishing to travel to Europe via the chunnel, St Pancras International terminal is only about ten minutes walk away, also.
My wife & I would have no hesitation about staying at the Cartwright Apartments in future.
Solo traveller - Posted: Sun 6th Nov 2011
Fantastic location for Euston, St Pancras International, Kings Cross and bus routes.
I was on my own, but the apartment would have a been a little small for two. Not somewhere to spend a lot of time but a great base for London visiting.
Comfortable bed, lovely biscuits, plentiful hot water.
To be recommended.
Elena Grilli, Young couple - Posted: Fri 4th Nov 2011
The property is beautiful and well located.
Unfortunately, the description and photos on the website are REALLY different from reality: we had a studio of hardly 9mq, where it would be impossible to have any meal and even put 2 chairs... and, for 100£ a day, we thaught it is too much. We were explained that we would have to choose the big rooms when booking (which is not at all clear when you book, and of course would cost more).
it is a real pity, otherwise the place was really ok.
Kanako Noto, Solo traveller - Posted: Fri 4th Nov 2011
Location is excellent: about 5 minutes from Russell Square, Euston, and St. Pancras, and there's also the Brunswick shopping centre with Waitrose and Boots and other shops. The apartment is very small but very clean and modern. Kitchen had everything you need. Lots of TV channels. No wi-fi but had fast ethernet connnection. Shower was tiny, even for a tiny Asian female like me. Sink is also very small you can't even wash your face so it's only for washing hands and brushing teeth. Beware there's no lift so if you are not fit and you get placed in the top floor you may have a hard time. The people are happy to help you with your luggage so it should not be such a big problem.
Overall, I enjoyed the stay and would stay there again.

The location was fantastic for the value. Staff are friendly. Apartment was very small tho (as was the double bed) - the "large studio" we paid for was more a room than an apartment. There was not even enough space to open 2 medium suit cases (or the wardrobe door). We had to shift the coffee table and chair into the kitchen so we had space to walk!. But I guess the great convenience and safety from the location was the main reason was the big plus factor.
Erin, Solo traveller - Posted: Tue 25th Oct 2011
I was surprised that for a low price (100 per night) and self catering that they included all the tolietries like shampoo, conditioner, toothbrush, lotion, cue tips etc. That was a very nice touch. My place was studio with kitchen. Plenty big enough for 2 people, the bed was clean and comfortable. Tiny bathroom but clean and sufficient. Free internet but only with a cord. I would have really appreciated wifi but there is a starbucks near by. Kings Cross Station is a short walk away.
Brook Grewcock, Young couple - Posted: Mon 24th Oct 2011
Our apartment was a Standard sized unit and was, modern, clean, temperature controlled and comfortable (although lacked a couch). Two points raised by many of the reviews is that the internet is wired and the apartments are small. Both points are true and if we stayed longer than a week the size might have been an issue, but for a week of sight seeing the size didn't cause us any problems. Think good sized caravan or well equipped student accommodation, as opposed to 'cramped hole'. The apartments are excellently placed, just ten minutes walk from Euston and St Pancras train stations as well as Russel Square Tube Station. Local amenities include a Waitrose, YoSushi!, corner shop, Boots and a 24hr Tesco.
We will definitely be considering a return next year.

Would have been slightly happier with fewer cupboards and a little more space but overall an excellent find - especially the quiet location so close to Euston.Only criticism was cracked floor tiles in the otherwise very clean shower room.

Michael Shorkend, Mature couple - Posted: Thu 20th Oct 2011
The bed was extremely uncomfortable. There was zero room to get around. The TV was placed sideways to the bed.
It looked like a single room that a double bed had been had crammed into it.
There was hardly enough room to get into the shower as the sink was in the way.
We had to play musical suitcases all the time to get to the bathroom and out of the room.

Those apartments are great located close to the centre and to 2 underground stations (Euston and King's Cross). The apartment was small but clean and with a lot of facilities. Small details like toothpaste and toothbrush can make the difference.
The receptionists are not professionals but young people who work there and that caused us few problems that was solved immediately.
The price is good for London although considering the size of the apartment it could be better. Overall I would reccomend these apartments!
Group - Posted: Tue 18th Oct 2011
We stayed in the Patio apartments and found them just a little too compact. The bedroom was the size of most London bedrooms. In this was a very small built in kitchen. The bathroom was extremely tight but had all the toiletries required for a weekend. The room was spotlessly clean and the staff was so helpful. I would recommend these apartments.

I have stayed in London many times, often with disastrous results with the places you stay that look OK but leave you very dissapopinted, however this was not the case with Cartwright Gardens and it was great to at last be able to say what a great place it is to stay.

Excellent location just minutes from Kings Cross and Euston stations. We walked to Oxford St.An extremely comfortable studio apartment. We would highly recommend these apartments and could find no fault with anything.

My bed was too short (and I'm only 5 foot 5 so not that tall), I didn't enjoy being woken up by cleaners talking outside at approx 7am and continuing to talk for about an hour, and the bathroom was miniscule. I would have liked to have been able to put things on a table next to the bed, so I moved the one across from where it was, but had to use the kettle on the floor. Also had to ask for someone to set the TV up as it wouldn't work. Not impressed.
Great location though.

The place is quite noisy and it is not possible to sleep when 3-4 meters from yr windows people are very noisy ! there are student halls on the other side of the street and they stay long at night -at th street , close to the appartment building !

Very comfortable and convenient accommodation in a very nice neighbourhood with proximity to transport links and within walking distance to a lot of major attractions. My studio was facing the back garden and I particularly enjoyed the quietness which is rare to find in the centre. People at the reception were helpful and welcoming. I had a very late arrival and all was dealt with efficiently and promptly. Couple of comments for potential improvement: washing machines in the laundry room did not work (both stayed with used water inside), laundry room and basement areas outside of some entry doors were a bit untidy, with rubbish and cleaning tools lying around. Overall very positive, really felt like home, flower baskets by the entrances made it feel very welcoming.

Apart from the fact that my booking wasn't in the system everything was fine. A comfy double bed and clean compact facilities. Nice touches with the toiletries. Just remember to ask for the network key when you check in as I had to go back to reception to get it. I would definitely stay again.
Shirley Lambert, Mature couple - Posted: Fri 23rd Sep 2011
Although smaller than I had expected, everything was fine, except we had to climb to the top floor - no lift. I think people who book ahould be made aware of this. It caused my husband great hardship as his knee is very sore and weak. Had we known we would have to climb over 60 stairs everytime we needed to go in or out we would not have booked the place.
Otherwise we did get wht we paid for.

Jan Cremeans-Nelson, Mature couple - Posted: Tue 30th Aug 2011
This place is convenient but very basic. The price is great but you should know what you're getting into. No cleaning is provided so we stayed there 6 days and the place got rather grotty. The bed sheets were very skimpy and my husband, a big guy, pulled them off every night just by turning over. We asked for a large studio but I don't think it could have been any smaller. We didn't have an inch to spare. The chairs were folding chairs and had to be stored in the closet as there was no room to be set out. There was a tiny counter that I suppose we were supposed to eat at but we'd have to sit on top of the bed to get to it. That said, it's in a wonderful neighborhood with lots of fun pubs and nightlife and good grocery stores. Ask not to be on the street as it can be really noisy. We had a marvelous time in London so it didn't affect our trip but beware of what you're getting into.

We were expecting this to be bigger and better value than an hotel. It wasn't!
The room was no bigger than an average Travelodge/Premier Inn but with the kitchen in it the available space was very restricted even though we had opted for the "Larger Studio". The bed was actually a sofabed frame with a double mattress on it although the description stated a double bed in the larger studio. The bathroom was only the width of a standard shower and about twice as long - I had to step out of the room to dry myself and I am average build - a larger person would not have been able to use the toilet even.
The windows were very drafty and because old single glazed sashes the traffic noise even 3 floors up was quite intrusive.

There are many pubs and restuarants within walking distance and shops to if you fancied eating in....but what we liked was that we were able to jump in a tube and be in the heart of the west end in less than 10mins....definatly be using these apatments again...value for money was brillant znd friendly staff and clean too.

The subway and St pancras station is at 5 minutes walking and supermarket is close.

Although the apt was very small it had everything that we needed except for a few minor cooking implements. The bed was very comfortable. The area was very quiet and the shops and restaurants were most convenient. The only complaints we had were the exceptionally small sink in the bathroom and the design of the sink in the kitchen, which was difficult to access without bumping one's head on the kitchen cabinets.

Thank you for making my stay comfortable!
Business traveller - Posted: Wed 21st Jul 2010
For me, this is perfect. I am close to where I need to be, not far from the tube, it is quiet and peaceful but still close to shops and restaurants etc. The free internet is especially appreciated as I work a lot while being in my room.
The standard of the apartment is outstanding and I cannot think of anything else I could possibly need. Oh maybe one thing! Not enough hooks to hang the towels on, in the bathroom. And maybe more clothes hanging facilities in the cupboards (for longer clothes like dresses, coats etc.)
Also, if the check-out time could be extended to 12 - that would be fantastic.
But overall - I am very happy with your service, the staff really take care of you with a smile on their faces. I will certainly use you every time I'm in London in the future!
