Should clearly state that the apartment in the pictures will not necessarily be the apartment given when making a booking. I was under the impression I was booking a river side apartment as that is what I saw in the photos. Additionally, it is annoying if it has been clearly noted that car parking is available but then being told that it's fully booked.

I found the apartment comfortable and clean. The ladies on reception / concierge were always very friendly and helpful whenever we had any questions. The biggest problems were the lack of internet connection in the living and therefore the need to be based in the bedroom when using it. It was only because I mentioned this that we were offered an extra long cable. I would expect that to be already in the room.
There was confusion about our check out date, with the company showing us leaving a day earlier than we were due to. I thankfully had paperwork with me to prove otherwise.
The area did feel particularly desirable.
Overall good and I would consider using them again in their other locations albeit feel the price could be lower.

The appartment (No. 8) was very spacious with 2 bed- and 2 bathrooms and the location in Canary Wharf is great. It's quiet in the night and the Tube is only a 5 min. walk away, within 20 min. you are in central London. Nevertheless, it's now time for some refurbishment, the sofa and the talbe were quite ragged, there were loose tiles in the bath and in front of the kitchen and some wallpaper is comming off the wall. Over all a better choice than any similar priced Hotel that I've experienced in central London.

I have booked apartments before this has got to be the worst. Very very small. I could lean back on the sofa and I could touch the TV with my finger tips. thats how small. The Customer serivce was very poor. I arrived at mid-day and asked for my bags to be stored until check-in time. 3 hours. They didn't offer any solution just a plan no. never heard of such a thing. Key was stiff. Wine stains on the carpet. Very very poor. they gave us a ground floor apartment, street noise at 2am was poor and the place was opposite a very noise council estate. You wouldn't know you was in Canary walf. The lady at reception was very rude and didn't feel like she wanted my business. asked her to help me with a key which got stuck in the door - no one came for 3 hours after repeatedly asking them to come.

The carpets in the apartment were filfthy and had stains all over them.
The toilet did not flush properly.
The floor in the kitchen was sticky and clearly had not been cleaned properly.
The apartment offered broadband, yet we were only able to use this for a minimum time. When asking the reception why this was we were told too many people were logged on and to restart the computer. Even with restarting the internet would not work. I feel you should not offer internet if you cannot provide it.
Second stay and flats were great again. Would highly recommend.
