The Bellhaven Apartments are located close to the site for the new Olympic Park for the 2012 Olympic games. Central London, Canary Wharf and many of the main attractions are within easy reach on the Central line. The O2 arena and Excel venue are only a few minutes away on the Jubilee Line. The apartments are just a short walk away from Stratford underground station (Central and Jubilee lines) and Stratford London Rail station. Booking Procedure
The Bellhaven Apartments can be booked in exactly the same way as a hotel: simply complete and submit the secure online booking form. As well as your exact apartment requirements, you'll need to supply your credit card details on the booking form. This is essential for the booking to be made.
After your reservation has been made you will receive an email from the apartments with their terms and conditions, which will need to be returned with a copy of your passport prior to arrival.
Credit Card Charges
At the time of booking, your card will be charged for the first 30 days of the booking or for the entire period if less than 30 days.
Please note that there is a 3.5% + VAT surcharge on payments made by Visa and Mastercard and a 4.5% + VAT surcharge on payments made by American Express.
Payment
You will be asked on arrival for full prepayment at the rate you booked at.
Security Deposit
No security deposit is required. However, you will be asked for an imprint of your credit card upon arrival to cover any incidental expenses.

Cancellation Policy
Notification of cancellation is required at least 72 hours prior to arrival to avoid a cancellation charge. Cancellations made less than 72 hours prior to arrival will be charged a cancellation fee equal to the total cost of the stay.
Guests wishing to shorten their stay after check-in should be aware that the notice period of 72 hours to avoid a cancellation charge equal to the total cost of the stay will still apply.
