Great location, clean & tidy on arrival. Staff helpful and responded very quickly to any requests that we had. Only down side was street noise - double glazing would help in that regard. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to others.

The apartment was just as described and very spacious. The location was great with a close tube station and many restaurants and shops nearby. We felt very safe walking around even at night. The kitchen had all that we needed. The bathroom and kitchens were very clean upon arrival. Linens were clean but the beds were not at all comfortable, poor quality mattresses. Also, the living room sofas in our unit need to be replaced as soon as possible as they were practically broken down and covered with slip covers. You do hear some street noise at night but you are in the city. This is so much better than staying at a hotel. You will be glad you have an apartment to come back to at the end of a busy travel day. We would stay here again.

The main concerns why I did not rate the apt higher were as follows. $2,400 is a lot of money and while certainly competitive versus other offerings, I would like to have gotten a little bit more for that expenditure.
Main complaint was that the couches were worn out. The other area of improvement would be the carpet. It seemed old and at a minimum in need of a professional cleaning, or preferably replacing. The other suggestion would be to spruce up the main floor up with a little art on the walls. Seemed a bit bland for such a large space.
Some smaller suggestions included....No coffee maker, no detergent for the washer (which was nice to have in the apartment, a hook on bathroom doors to hang towels, better lighting in main room to read by would be nice (bulbs did not seem bright enough even using dimmer switch).
Had an issue which was nobody's fault where refrigerator died and did not allow us to cook for a couple of days and had to throw food out. The team agreed to a 25 pound credit for the food we had to throw out. That was much appreciated.
The location was great. The administration people were very helpful and nice. The size of the apartment was excellent (I'd emphasize that more on the website) as it was a nice surprise to see how large bedrooms and living space was.
The bedrooms and kitchen fully met expectations and were clean, modern and nice.
Wasn't sure what range of facilities meant. May want to clarify on the survey.
Overall we enjoyed the stay and would certainly consider booking through your agency for our next visit.

We loved the property, it was clean, spacious and comfortable. It was everything we could have wanted, apart from the heating problem, the radiators in the living room/dining room were not working. However the response from the agent was good - Joe brought us down a blow heater that same evening - he was very considerate and polite.

The apartment was really great: big with 2 bedrooms, 1 living room, kitchen and bathroom. The position is great, in russel square.
The only thing to improve is the number of dishes and pots: it's very bad that in an apartment for 5 people there were 2 dishes and 1 little pot.
All the rest was really ok

We found the apartment to be very well maintained. We have two matters to critisise. The beds and pillows were not very comfortable - very lumpy, and the radiator in the small bedroom did not work, making this room quite cold. We were lucky the temperature outside was not too low.

Clean and comfortable, love the kitchen especially. We had a minor incident that triggered the alarm, but the management acted promptly. Location wise, it's quite convenient, only 5 minutes to the underground stations, 2 minutes away to the nearest bus stops, near the convenient stores and eating places. And only 3 minutes away to the British Museum. Recommended for family and group vacations.

We were very anxious to try this out as we normally stay at 3-4 star hotels. However, we were extremely positively surprised about the value for money and the service and location was prime. We shall return in the not too distant future.

I spent a wonderful holiday with family and my two nephews. The location of the apartment was fantastic. The apartment was very confortable .Staying in Bedford Place for a few days we felt real "people of London". London is a wonderful city.

The apartment provided us with a central base - location very good. The size was also good for 4 people. Might be a bit cramped for 6 which is the total bed number in the apartment. Being on the top floor without a lift provided us with a challenge getting luggage up to the apartment. The carpet was dirty and the paintwork not the best. We expected a much cleaner environment.

Thanks to Acorn for making our stay at Bedford Place pleasant. The staff was very helpful and Elizabeth's suggestions on mark. It is good to know that the main office is in the same block of buildings, so it was easy to stop by with questions.
When we first entered the apartment, the initially reaction was something somewhere between a frat house and a very nice townhouse. The frat house part was largely due to very ugly beige low pile carpeting that covered all the floors except the kitchen and baths. Once we opened the windows and got the old carpet smell out, things improved greatly. We all agreed that if they pulled up the carpets, the place would make someone a lovely townhouse. High high ceilings, large rooms that made our party of eight never feel crowded. Great kitchen and nice baths. Comfy beds and nice furniture. A bit spare, but that is to be expected. The place worked admirably for my older parents, my brother's family of 4, and my wife and I.
And could not say enough positive about the location. A bus stop to Oxford Circus right outside. Pleasant 5 minute walks to 2 different tube stops. We walked to Covenant Gardens, Chinatown, Piccadilly and Trafalgar in leisurely 30 minute strolls at night. Very safe neighborhoods. Movie theater in a 20 min walk and the British Museum just around the corner. Truly wonderful location. There are groceries near both the tube stops, so we picked up breakfast items on the way home.
A couple small annoyances: bathrooms quite steamy hot due to an oversensitive radiator. Two baths for 8 took some choreography. The backdoors onto the rear patio did not open,eliminating the only outdoor space. They should provide a coffee maker on premises. Wish description had indicated that there was a very nice washer dryer on premises.

Lot of room, all very tidy and nice.
Well situated. Near two underground stations, but also you can go to the center by foot.
Maybe a coffe pot will be interesting to drink some coffe with the breakfast.

It's difficult to rate this flat in an equitable way.
Everything is great, from the location to the facilities, the cleanliness and the value for money, but for us there was a huge "but".
It was a cold weekend in London, and the heating wasn't working so, just on arrival, we told management about it. It was quite late and the guy at reception told us he didn't know how it worked.
We gave it another try next morning, this time we managed to convince him to come and check it out. His answer/solution: "you'll have to use more blankets (which he didn't provide anyway)".
It's kind of hard to enjoy a flat when you need to wear your coat when sitting to dinner...
It's a pity, because if it wasn't for such a small thing I'd be giving you glowing reviews of the place.
