Each luxury apartment has a large living area, bathroom and kitchen with washer/dryer. Quality bed linen and towels are provided in the bedroom and bathroom, and kitchens contain crockery, cutlery, glassware and utensils. All apartments have broadband internet access free of charge.

The features below apply to all of the apartments:

Fold-out beds are available in each apartment for an additional charge per week, and cots for children under 18 months are available for an additional charge per week.

This apartment has a double bed and sleeps one or two people.

Sleeps: 2  Bathrooms: 1 Large Studio Apartment
Also with a double bed for one or two people, this apartment is more spacious than the small studio.

Sleeps: 3  Bathrooms: 1 One Bedroom Apartment
Suitable for up to three people, the One Bedroom Apartment contains a double bed and a fold-out bed.

Sleeps: 5  Bathrooms: 2 Two Bedroom Two Bathroom Apartment
With two double bedrooms and a fold-out bed, this apartment can accommodate up to five people. Both bedrooms contain double beds and there are two bathrooms.

Sleeps: 6  Bathrooms: 2 Three Bedroom Two Bathroom Apartment
This apartment has three bedrooms, two with double beds and one with a single bed. There's also a fold-out bed, so the apartment can sleep up to six people.

Sleeps: 7  Bathrooms: 3 Three Bedroom Three Bathroom Apartment
Featuring three double bedrooms plus a fold-out bed, this apartment can sleep up to seven people. There are three bathrooms, and the kitchen also has a dishwasher.

There are also many bus routes nearby. Booking Procedure
Basil's Apartments can be booked in exactly the same way as a hotel: simply complete and submit the secure online booking form. As well as your exact apartment requirements, you'll need to supply your credit card details on the booking form. This is essential for the booking to be made.

Credit Card Charges
For bookings due to commence within seven days, full prepayment is taken at the time of booking.

For bookings of two weeks or less, due to commence outside seven days, a deposit equivalent to the cost of one night's accommodation will be taken. Full payment will then be taken 7 days prior to arrival.

For bookings of more than two weeks, due to commence outside seven days, a deposit equivalent to one week's accommodation will be taken. Full payment will then be taken 7 days prior to arrival.

Payment
Full payment will be taken from the card used to secure the booking 7 days prior to arrival or immediately for bookings due to commence within 7 days.

Security Deposit
No deposit is required. However, upon checking in guests will be asked to sign an agreement stating that they will be liable for any damage caused as a result of their stay.

Check-In & Check-Out Times
Check-in is from 15:00 with check-out by 10:00.

Please note that arrivals between 09:30 and 17:30 Monday – Friday can be made at 15 Basil Street. For arrivals outside of these hours or on bank holidays, the client needs to go to The Landmark London hotel in Marylebone and follow the same check-in procedure with the Duty Manager (The Landmark London, 222 Marylebone Road, London NW1 6JQ opposite Marylebone train Station, 5 mins from Baker Street).

Basil's Apartments accept the following card types: American Express, Diners Club, Master Card, Visa.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations can be made without charge if we are informed four weeks prior to the date of arrival in peak season (May - September inclusive) or two weeks prior in low season (October - April inclusive). Cancellation after these periods will result in full payment.

A £20 administration charge will be charged for any amendment made once a booking has been confirmed.

Please note that during the Peak period (1st May 2008 until 30th September 2008) there is a minimum stay of 14 nights.

Rates are per apartment per night, and include VAT (tax) and service.

For longer stays and relocations, it is often possible to obtain rate reductions, depending upon the availability and the length of stay. We will always do our very best to offer you the lowest available rate possible.
