The Standard Studio Apartment has a combined living area and bedroom and can sleep one or two people.

This apartment has a bedroom with a queen-size bed and en-suite bathroom, and is suitable for one or two people.

Sleeps: 4  Bathrooms: 1 Executive One Bedroom Apartment
Larger than the Standard One Bedroom, this apartment has a bedroom with a king-size bed and en-suite bathroom, plus a double sofa bed, so it can sleep up to four people.

Sleeps: 4  Bathrooms: 2 Standard Two Bedroom Apartment
This apartment has two bedrooms, both with queen-size beds and en-suite bathrooms. It can sleep up to four people.

Sleeps: 6  Bathrooms: 2 Executive Two Bedroom Apartment
This apartment has two bedrooms: a master bedroom with a king-size bed, and another with a queen-size bed. Both have en-suite facilities. There's also a double sofa bed, so up to six people can be accommodated.

Sleeps: 8  Bathrooms: 3 Executive Three Bedroom Apartment
Suitable for up to eight people, this apartment has two bedrooms with queen-size beds, one with two single beds, and a double sofa bed. There are also three bathrooms.

Surrounded by stylish restaurants, famous theatres and popular shopping areas such as Bond Street, Oxford Street, Regent Street and Knightsbridge, the apartments are just a stone's throw from the calm and serenity of Hyde Park, with its vast green spaces and boating lake. Buckingham Palace, which opens its doors to the public every August and September, is not far away, where visitors can now tour the State Rooms, including the Throne Room, Picture Gallery and even the State Dining Room where official entertaining takes place. Ascott Mayfair is perfectly located in the exclusive Mayfair area on the corner of Hill Street and Waverley Street. The nearest tube stations (all approximately five to ten minutes' walk away) are Green Park, Hyde Park Corner and Bond Street, giving access to the Victoria line, Central line, Jubilee line and Piccadilly line. Buses and taxis are also within easy reach. Booking Procedure
Ascott Mayfair Apartments can be booked in exactly the same way as a hotel: simply complete and submit the secure online booking form. As well as your exact apartment requirements, you’ll need to supply your credit card details on the booking form. This is essential for the booking to be made.

Credit Card Charges
Your card will NOT be charged at the time of booking but simply used to guarantee the reservation. Your card will only be charged should you fail to arrive at the apartments without prior notice (see cancellation policy below).

Payment
For stays of less than 30 nights full payment will be taken upon arrival.
For stays of 30 nights or more, the first 14 nights accommodation will be payable upon arrival with subsequent periods of accommodation invoiced in periods of 30 nights or part thereof as agreed with the property manager on arrival.

Security Deposit
No security deposit is required. However, the apartments may authorise your card on arrival to cover against any breakages or damages.

Check-In & Check-Out Times
Check in from 14:00 and check out by 11:00.

Cards Accepted
Ascott Mayfair Apartments accept the following card types: American Express, Diners Club, Maestro, Master Card, Visa Credit, Visa Debit.

Cancellation Policy
Notice of cancellation must be received within the following periods to avoid facing a cancellation charge:
For stays of up to 6 nights: 24 hours prior to arrival.
For stays of up to 7-29 nights: 7 days prior to arrival.
For stays of up to 30 nights and over: 14 days prior to arrival.

Failure to provide notice of cancellation within the time periods stated above will result in the following cancellation charges:
For stays of 6 nights or less: 1 nights' accommodation costs.
For stays of 7-29 nights: 7 nights' accommodation costs.
For stays of 30 nights and over: 14 nights' accommodation costs.

An option held upon an extension to a rental period is subject to the cancellation terms as notified above.

= VAT falls from the standard rate to a lower rate after 28 nights. The first 28 nights are charged at the higher rate.

For longer stays and relocations, it is often possible to obtain rate reductions, depending upon the availability and the length of stay. We will always do our very best to offer you the lowest available rate possible.
