Apartment was clean with clean bedding and towels. Its a little basic, so bulb missing in a bedside light, toilet roll holder is broken and door lock is particially broken, but cheap and staff helpful. We had 4 girls using it for a hen night and it was a very cost effective way of staying in London.

Wonderful location with fabulous view over the Thames. Apartment was well equipped and very comfortable. Great bedrooms and showers, with walk-out balcony looking over to Westminster. Staff were greatand were particulalry helpful when I needed something printed. The office was a little challenging to find as it is hidden behind the main building.

Splendid view over rooftops of London next to Thames. Walking distance (10min) from Vauxhall Underground station and closest bus stop only few minutes to walk. Small grocery store just next to entrance. WiFi available at rate of 5 euros/day.
The office in the same building was hard to find (no signs).
Lack of plates, cups, glasses, spoons, forks, knives etc.
Lacking of proper instructions of using washing machine, dish machine, heating, TV and satellite receiver.

We had a very pleasant stay, just like the year before, and surely, just like next year.

We found the flat to be comfortable, attractive, clean and very central. The views of the Thames were truly beautiful, I could have sat and watched the river all day. Highly recommended.

Staff very helpful and accommodating. Few things on flat 120. We had to fix the dishwasher (broken glass stuck in the upper washer jets) and there were a number of bulbs not working. The extra bed was broken (but useable). One of the kitchen doors needed to rehung (we left it). All in all we really enjoyed the flat and we will definitely pick it again ! the view from the balcony was breathtaking. We had a great time - thanks !

Would have liked a radio.
Door to balcony would not open.
Wash hand basin-plug not working.
Otherwise very pleased.

This apartment is very convenient, well situated, and comfortable. We really appreciated the view.

The hot water was not working and it took 48 hours for this to be fixed. We were given an alternative the first day, but this was not available thereafter. We spent many hours waiting for it to be fixed. I have been promised a refund, but have seen nothing so far. Other than that, these aoartments are great and I would definitely stay here again.

Many things in bad repair or not working. Very disapointed that they weren't put right while we were there. Shame because it was basically a lovely apartment.

Wonderful experience...everything associated with Apartment exceeded our expectations. Took us a little time to understand stove and directions would have been helpful. Nonetheless just great and in future traveling , I'll always go to City View website first.
Thank=you,
Carl Steiss

The apartment was easily accessible via Underground (although, you may get lost if you are not a local). The apartment was clean and comfortable.
My only grouse was that it was meant to be an apartment for 4 (1 bedroom and one sofa bed). However, only 3 pillows were provided and the sofa bed really wasn't meant to sleep 2 adults comfortably (we still managed).
Perhaps it would be good if invest in a proper sofa bed that is really meant for 2 to sleep on.

Apartment was modern and clean, had everything you would want for a week or two. Two bedrooms, two bathrooms, balcony with great views. Had a reception downstairs which was manned all the time, so felt very secure. Not much to do in the immediate vicinity but 5 mins walk from the underground and 10-15 mins walk took you to the London eye and it's a nice walk.

Very nice apartment. Just a few things that could be better:
One bed was not so very comfortable
Water was never as hot as it should in the shower

Excellent apartment - we were attending a conference in Westminster so the location was perfect. Customer service excellent - very helpful and any query we had was dealt with promptly and efficiently.

Would have prefered a view overlooking the Thames, but apart from that we enjoyed our stay

Excellent location. Perfect for a short stay in London. Apartment had great views and was clean and well presented. The owner's rep was very helpful and it was not a problem to arrive on an evening flight. Thank you.

The blind in the main bedromm was broken, so only part was attached. It this had been summer it would have been a greater problem.

Overall, I was happy with the apartment. Nice view, and relatively new (6 years old). A little tight for 4 adults, but that's London for you. It was annoying that the TV didn't work, and that there were a lot of minor things that needed to get fixed like the kitchen tap. However, most were satisfactorily fixed the same day we called or the next. The location of the apt is reasonably convenient - 15 min walk to Vauxhall tube and bus station and a bus stop about 200 m away. I would consider staying here again the next time I'm in London.

The apartment was amazing with views of The Houses of Parliament. It was only meant to sleep two couples but with a sofa bed 6 people were squeezed in. Not ideal but it gave value for money compared to other apartments we looked at as it is so expensive in London. We had everything we needed in the apartment and will definately recommend to others and stay again!

This is not a complaint, it is constructive critisism:
Lots of marks on the floor (I appreciate the landlord can do very little about this but it gives the impression that the room is dirty even if it is not), sofa and chairs torn underneath (as the fabric was hanging on the floor), lock on door had been broken (which doesn't inspire). The oven was dirty. No Wifi and we thought the TV would have had digital.
All in all, great location and not a bad place as we spent very little time there and we never cooked but I wouldn't stay there again. I would try somewhere else first.

The apartment itself was fantastic, the owner was friendly and helpful and it was nicely decorated and spotless. However, there are 3 areas that could be improved for future customers - 1) there was no CD player - I would expect one in an apartment such as this. 2)The range of crockery, glasses and cooking utensils was very basic - things like spare glasses, an oven-proof dish, tea towels and oven gloves should be provided. 3)The oven did not work properly and we ended up having to knock on the neighbours door so they could cook our pizzas for us!
I feel that these 3 elements let the apartment down but as the location & apartment were so great and it represented good value for money I am very pleased overall with the apartment.
great flat. overall very pleased. few things could do with attention: the oven doesn't shut so won't work properly, the windows could do with a check as they didn't provide much soundproofing & the flat's on a v busy road by the London Fire Brigade HQ & St Thomas' hospital. Flat's a bit worn, but didn't really mind. Stunning views & will definitely use again.
