Excellent Apartments in fantastic location. We stayed for 2 nights with 2 small children and the standard 1 bedroom apt was more than adequate. Had everything you needed. The standard 1 bedroom was not really big however big enough and all you needed if you are out and about during the day. The room and surrounding area was very quiet. I would definitely stay again - if I were to stay for more than 2 days I would rent the 1 bedroom deluxe which had much more space. I cannot really comment on the overall pricing structure as all prices were relatively expensive when converted to AUD$.

The apartment facilities were very good, except for a couple of areas.(1) the phone was not working and was not put in order until Thursday of our stay. (2) The light in the kitchennette was not working. We would have thought that a checking process was in place prior to handing over an apartment to ensure all equipment is in working order.
The location of excellent with its proximity to public transport and ameneties.

Very comfortable and clean apt. Receptionists are very helpful and friendly. We all love the place. The rooms and corridors smell really good.
Minor things that can be improved: a) the sink in the bathroom is a bit tiny; difficult to put stuff on top; b) put a clock in the living room wall.

The rooms are a bit small but the people managing the apartments are very friendly and helpful. The location is excellent. Just a munites walk from Earls Court station...many shops and restaurants around so no eating problem....Overall value for money.....

There needs to be a larger rubbish bin in the kitchen area, especially as the bins are not emptied on a Sunday. Also, I would a property of this calibre to include a toaster in the kitchen, it would have been v useful for breakfast. The ventilation fan in the bathroom was not working.

Original room was not suitable as there was no bedroom door and it was very small. We were moved to a larger one bedroom apartment immediately at no extra expense. The second room was very dark, compared to the first one, but we didn't complain as we knew we would be out during daylight hours. In the second apartment the clients upstairs from us walked around (very noisily) at all times of the night and early morning (2am,3am,5am etc) Again we didn't complain as there was nothing that could be done as the noise was probabily due to the hardwood floors and it was not the fault of the management. The management and staff could not be faulted in any way as they were both polite and helpfull every time we needed anything. I'm not sure I would return due to the fact that the underground facilities were a little hit and miss (no escelators to the picadilly line) so it became a bit of a drag going in and out of the centre with a small child. The only reason I wouldn't recommend this property is that it is a little far out if you are with a small child - more suitable for a couple...

The apartment is tastefully furnished and is quite conveniently located close to Earls Court underground station. It is quite well equipped i.e. for doing cooking, & laundry. Would definitely recommend to friends.

We had high expectation for the Presidential Apartments and it was even better than we expected. From the moment we arrived till we leave the staff was very helpful and cordial. The apartment was so functional and comfortable we felt like home. The location couldn't be better, in a nice and quiet neighborhood, very close to nice shops (groceries) and to the underground. Thanks to the nice kitchen inside the apartment, we could cook our own meals with fresh foods from groceries around the corner, which made our stay even more pleasant and saved us lots of money. A perfect place to stay with young children. We will definitely return. Thanks a lot guys!!
