The appartment overall was really nice. The double bed was really comfy and the sofa bed was not so comfy. The bathroom had a horrible smell coming from it, possibly a blocked drain?

great place to stay. Placed conveniently next to Paddington for all transport links.
Slight down side that check in is approx 15 mins walk from appt ( 20 mins with luggage!)

The only reasons for downgrading the "Range of facilities " is the lack of an office or demanned desk on the premises and the lack of Wi-Fi at no charge.

The apartment was on the fourth floor and the lift did not work so for mature couple it was difficult to carry cases etc up the flights of stairs, also a number of people tried to gain access through the door by ringing our flat number from the street.

The apartment was in a great location for access to transport and there were plenty of nice places to eat around the area. Unfortunately the apartment itself could have done with a proper clean before we arrived. The floor was dirty in places and the blinds on the windows were filthy. There was no sweeping brush or mop to clean up with and no tea towels to wash dishes. It was inconvient that reception was in a seperate location. When I did try to get through to reception there was no answer.
