Very tiny, weak shower, could hear everything from the rooms beside and above. Bed was small and squeaked every time someone turned over. Location was great but apartments left a lot to be desired. Towels were very old and kitchen ware was cheap. Would stay elsewhere in future.

Within 4 minutes walking distance to 3 underground stations. Perfect for easy access to all locations in London.
Nice and tidy, fresh bathroom and great service in the reception.
Worth the money!

It would have been appreciated to have had a tea towel and dishcloth for the dishes. No cleaning could be done due to lack of materials. I=The room was very hot at night and couldn't be cooled down despite a window being open. No heating was on.

I go to London several times a year. This is a good location with quick access (a couple hundred yards) to both the Central and Circle Lines on the Underground and busses on Bayswater, as well as being only a minute away from shopping, restaurants and grocery stores on Queensway. Room has plenty of space and storage, at least for one person. Clean and well maintained. My only complaint is that the shower stall, while modern and new, is quite narrow and cramped with no shelf or ledge to hold anything. Will stay there again.

Very poorly sound proofed, all three nights i was disturbed by people coming and going and having conversations on the stairs outside my room! Not great when you have to be up at 5am!

Each employee we encountered was professional, courteous, accommodating and helpful. A special "Thank You" to Victor whose customer service skills are noteworthy, not only in personal interactions but also in observed interactions with other guests. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit to London and found your facility to be quite adequate for our needs. Thank you.

Great location- few minutes from tube and restaurants. Cafe Anglais and Kam Tong specially good. Masala Zone too. People friendly and apartment clean and large for London. But would have liked more than 1 wine glass and a complete set of glasses! Not all lights worked and apartment needed bedside lights, also apartment was not tidied during 3 day stay. But we had a great time. Great to be able to walk everywhere and to have Kensington Gardens so close was lovely. All in all a good place to stay for a weekend break.

My main negative issue about this property is that I was put in a basement apartment.

Great location. Close to 2 stations on 2 different lines. Reception attended to all of our needs. Bed was comfortable. Kitchenette was great as we could make our own breakfast. Would recommend!
Ben Wheeler, Young couple - Posted: Fri 23rd Dec 2011
Overall, we enjoyed our stay at this property. However, there were a few issues:
- Strange microwave not functioning properly, instructions only in Spanish
- No dishwashing detergent, dish cloths or drying towels
- No tea, coffee, sugar etc
This may be fair enough if you're staying in a hostel, but to call the accommodation "Executive Apartments" and have these type of problems is not really good enough.
Staff were very helpful.

Just 2 comments : The sofa bed is not comfortable, it's fine if you just spend 1-2 nights but it would be a negative point for longer staying.
Window isolation is poor in terms of noise
Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay and had a good time

The only comment we would have is that our room directly overlooked windows belonging to another hotel/apartments and that we had no net curtain or similar at the window. This meant that we had to keep the roller blind down in the mornings until we had finished showering and dressing which made the room very dark.
Mandy De La Cour, With friends - Posted: Thu 10th Nov 2011
It did not meet the standards I expected, Maintenance very poor, noise levels very high from other guests until the early hours of the moorning and was charged £5.00 to hold my suitcase on the day of my departure?

Appartment was very nice, it has everything you need. Location is great near to Queensway and Bayswater underground station and very near to the bus station. Kensington and hyde park are also very near. I would recommend this accomodation to anybody.

Apartment was lovely and very clean on arrival. Excellent location, so close to the tube and bus routes. Area is brilliant with lots of amenities close by. Room was a little too warm, but the provision of a fan saved this, and I'm sure this will be a good thing in the winter (we stayed on a very sunny and warm October weekend).

Starting with the obvious, the location is perfect. All public transport is nearby. Food options are limitless (even Halal food). We were very pleasantly surprised about the level of cleanliness. Basement room is not as 'gloomy' as 'Basement' sounds. its just another floor. A floor standing fan was provided and it was sufficient. Full kitchen available but we ended up using only the microwave (which is STILL a good thing). Modern finishing and modern bathroom with no plumbing issues whatsoever. really. Bathroom was small but not tiny. very manageable.
Only few complaints are that the Reception only starts at 9am or 8am i cant remember. So if your flight arrives London early like 6am, deal with the waiting game. We were lucky that there was an apartment ready by 11am.
Biggest complaint is the bed is very poor. The mattress and pillows are very clean, but its long overdue for a replacement. we could feel the springs and 6 nights on a bed like that is not good for you.
In conclusion, really nice place. Very clean. Very convenient. Given the asking price and considering the location, its a no brainer. Highly recommend it.

We were really surprised by the apartment. It is nicelly located next to Kensington Gardens and near Notting Hill, with good access to other areas (it has two metro station nearby), it is clean and well equipped. More than we expected for the price!!

Although the accomodation was for four people, there was a double bed and a double sofa bed in the same room, I was expecting from the accodation details I booked this should have been a separate bedroom. We were unable to change rooms as all the rooms were booked. The staff we quite abrupt when I went to enquire at reception. I said I was sure I booked a bedroom + a double sofa bed. They said the could not gaurentee this. I would not have booked this if I have know. We were in the basement - and I read reviews that the basement rooms looked into each other, which they did, so we had to keep the blinds down at all times or the room opposite would see directly on to where we were sleeping. The iron in the room did not work, although this was replaced quickly. The kitchen utensils did not all match nor were there 4 of everything - although we didn't eat in the appartment, if they are calling themselves Executive appartments then a little more attention to detail would be in order. we were given a code for free wifi, we could not get a signal our room. Great location for Tube, Bus and Hyde Park, but not great value for money, nor the type of accomodation we were looking for,
Dina Babayeva, Family with older children - Posted: Mon 5th Sep 2011
Property seems bigger on photos, however, I was a bit dissapointed with a size of the apartment. It was really very small and the bed was a queen size (or maybe smaller), in my opinion not enough for a matured couple. Also one night I found a cockroach in a bathroom! :(
The only thing that I really enjoyed is a location of the apartment, really comfortable.
Sandra Richards, Mature couple - Posted: Tue 9th Aug 2011
We were happy with the apartment but would suggest if you are supplying crockery etc you need to also supply a tea towel.
Chuan Bin Ong, Family with older children - Posted: Thu 30th Jun 2011
Location within walking distance to Tube station and many shops and eateries. Room area very small for a family of 4, but clean and quiet. However, after settling my payment for the stay, I was shocked to get a debit from Hyde Park on my credit card bill on arrival home, without any notification for the reason. On further query, they admitted it was a mistake on their part.

The flats are brilliantly situated for sure. I found the heating all over the building a little stifling and airing the room is difficult with the small window. I think in summer one could suffer. There was only one arm chair in my medium apartment which is for two people. You really should have more TV channels and I think the wifi, which worked very well, should be free in the rooms. Wifi is not a luxury these days. I like the quarter ( quartier) and the access to Kensington Gardens is wonderful. Yes, the location is excellent and I would definitely come again.

The apartment was quite comfortable abeit very small. All the mod cons. I travelled with my wife to see a show. If I was to nit pick there was no dressing table for my wife to do her make-up, no remote for the tely, no tea or coffee. I booked a luxury apartment but it was no bigger than a hotel room. Bit noisy outside but ok. This hotel is a little out of the way if you want to shop in the harrods area or visit the west end. During peak times your looking at 30 mins tube time. If you want luxery then this is not for you. If you want somewhere to rest your head for a night then this is ideal and the price is excellent.

The apartment was a bit smaller than I thought it would be. Great location, friendly staff, easy to find. Would have liked another couple of pillows though if only offering pancakes for pillows.
Marc from Columbus, Mature couple - Posted: Wed 11th Aug 2010
The apartment we stayed in was about what we expected. Clean, small (we had a studio for two people), and priced less than a standard hotel.
The only "challenge" was the mattress - the top padding was so thin we felt like we were sleeping on bare springs. Because of that we probably won't return, but that might might not bother others the same way.
Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay.
Daniel from Bergen, Young couple - Posted: Thu 15th Jul 2010
The 'apartment' itself was nice however it was really just a hotel room with a small cooking area in the corner. Slightly disappointing in that aspect.
It was extremely hot in the hotel and no air conditioning meant that it was difficult to sleep at night - if you opened the window you had the noise from the next door youth hostel blaring in as the residents took to sitting outside on the steps listening to music and drinking.
The location was good and there are plenty of places to eat and drink around - well situated next to tube stations and Hyde Park.
I would perhaps stay here in the winter months when it is less touristy in London (and thus less noisy) and also cooler in the hotel.
I would never stay here in the summer again though.
The hotel staff were nice and helpful though and the rooms were clean and generally of a good standard.
John Mills, Mature couple - Posted: Fri 9th Jul 2010
Pillows too thin and very uncomfortable. In summer, apartment was stuffy with no way of circulating fresh air.
Bed on the fist stay was very hard and lumpy. Second visit (different room) bed was OK.

My boyfriend and I stayed in the executive apartments on inverness terrace and were pleased with the overall decoration of the apartment room. However it was rather dusty and some of the utensils in the kitchen area had not been cleaned propely. Also the materass was for some reason tilted or on an angle so no matter where you tried to lay on it, you'd feel like you had to prop yourself up to stop from rolling over. The room was a bit too small also. Would use this appartment again as afterall its only a base when in the city and hopefully next time we'd get a bigger room. Reception staff were very professional and friendly.
Lauren from Leamington Spa, Business traveller - Posted: Fri 5th Feb 2010
Apartment was excellent but there was no mirror in the main room! Really really important and would of scored 10 out of 10 for everything but this really let the room down.

My family came to stay for 5 days and we booked a room for 4 people, they love the location, I had the chance to visit the appartment before and ask for 2 separate rooms, my instructions were catered for and the staff was lovely. They really enjoyed the place and would definitely come back in the same hotel. I was worried by some reviews but no troubles woth beds, nor cleanliness, it was great. Very handy cooking facilities and we could come and go independantly from the flat without the fuss of a real hotel. My relatives were 2 mature couples but it could suit any age, fantastic value for money...
Excellent situation - as the underground is near the Appartment, and the situation is silent. Very good for a family. I recommend.
