Great location - close to Paddington as well as Lancaster Gate underground stations! Appartment was small but included all the facilities we needed, clean and tidied up again two times a week, nice view to Talbot Square, great deal for the price!

very clean and housekeeping friendly and efficient. Thanks girls! However, lacking a few basic comforts which would have made all the difference - namely a full length mirror, even a cheap one on the back of the door would have made all the difference. Also, an easy chair of some description. Hard on the back sitting on the bed all the time, and not very inviting. Bed comfortable, accomodation good if cramped.
Washing machine - ridiculous that there is only one for the twenty flats in the block, and it takes four hours!!! also, the dryer seemed to take forever too.
I found the staff at the office indifferent, and although I asked on a couple of occasions to change to a larger studio or one bedroom apartment when it became available, i didnt even get the courtesy of a reply the whole month i was there. You could have made more money from me, not great business tactics - ignoring upgrading requests.
Very little information regarding where to put key when leaving, so just left it on the bed. more info would be good. I also took a couple of days to realise how to connect to the internet, and it wasnt just me, another resident came to my room to ask how to connect to the internet. A little note in the room with instructions would help greatly.
Many thanks to the housekeeping staff who were friendly and very efficient.
thanks

Need to be willing and able to mach up many steep stairs with your luggage. If that is OK, then you will be in a small but well equipped kithenette flat in a convenient location. It is on a pleasant square 2min from Paddington Sta.

There was barely space to stand for a couple with luggage. When you put the luggage on the floor(there is not any space to put them) the room gets The room should be bigger being a ''double studio'' for a double studio size.
I have to note that the staff was helpful.

The service was average. The heating didn't work for two days.
The cleaner didn't come even though we were staying for 8 days, had no way of drying towels (no heating) and we requested her from the agent several times. Said she'd come (4 times) and NEVER did!
The agent reluctantly provided 2 sets of keys after visiting her office on 3 occassions.
One washing machine and dryer between 21 units is unsatisfactory....could never get to wash our clothes.
Five flights of stairsand no lifts for an 8 day stay is ridiculous.
Much better, cheaper hotels just around the corner (60 pound including breakfast)and we paid 70 pound for the disaster descirbed above, with no meals!
Away for 3 months and this is the most disappointing accommodation we've had.

We were staying for 23 days and it should be granted room cleaning and bed sheet change every week but it was done only twice during our stay and we were requesting couple of times to the house keeper.

I went through a major "STUFF-UP" with check-in. The room was not ready or even vacated for my arrival. I was offered a larger more expensive room for the night which I opted to take for my 8 day stay costing me another 217 pounds.
The shower doors were missing replaced by a plastic curtain too short for the space. Water flooded the bathroom floor when I showered. It was rectified (quickly) when I reported it by adding another row of curtain rings, hardly a proper solution. The handset for the intercom to the front door bell was found lying in a kitchen cupboard. The light over the kitchen bench did not work.
On a positive note, the heating was excellent, the kitchen facilities good and the bed was very comfortable.
For overseas visitors, directions on how to get the TV to work would be helpful.
Whether I would recommend to a friend would be with qualifications. Would I stay again, I probably would but I would make very definite stipulations about the room and which floor it was on. The staircases to the upper floors are too much for someone my age.
The staff were courteous and very eager to be helpful.

I stayed with my parents for a week. The apartment is very clean and comfortable. Location is very close to Paddington station just 5 mins walk and surround with many convenience stores. If you don't mind with the size of apartment which is a studio type and suitable for 3 persons only, this is the best choice for you. :)

84 steps up steep stairs which was difficult for luggage.
bathroom poorly designed- if sink was smaller it would have been easier getting in and out.

Toilet didn't flush properly. There was no heat when it was raining & heat when it was hot. I stayed for 10 days & only had one fresh set of towels during that time. The towels did not dry properly & the laundry facilities worked periodically at best. When I checked in the staff were rude. Overall there was a mildew smell in the room the whole stay. I will not stay here again.

The apartment (room) was tiny - even for a so-called studio flat. The double bed was of minimum width, in order to fit in. There were no armchairs - only 2 uncomfortable "bar stools". The entrance was shabby (long missing tiles by the front door and grubby, worn stair carpet). Only the location was good but we shall not be returning.

Apartment is good value for money and in a great location, close to transport and the city centre, although not well equipped. Cooking facilities and equipment is very basic. There were some problems with apartment hot water although management responded quickly to any problems identifed.
