Nice apartment, comfortable & clean, great value for money. Much too hot though, had to have all the windows wide open which meant lots of noise from traffic. No sound proofing so heard people in the upstairs flat talking, floorboards very creaky so heard every sound. All at 4.00 a.m!
I wouldn't recommend this particular apartment for these reasons but would consider a different apartment if available.

Overall our stay at the Collingham apartments was amazing, i have never stayed in such a place before. and really i dont think i will stay in hotels on visits to London again.
The apartment had evetything you wanted very spacious and even has a terrace with tables and chairs.
there were 5 of us and a baby and it suited us all, they even provided a travel cot and highchair which was really useful.
The staff on reception were all very pleasant.
local shops and tube station were only a five minute walk away,
would recommend this place to all.

Very big appartment for 4 people, good location near Earls Court (which will be closed this year), 5 min to Subway. A tick too high price for it, but that is London.

Our stay was very good : collingham ap. is wonderfully located, the staff is mostly very nice and the flat was fine, with all amenities necessary to family life. We usually rent apartments in switzerland; the level of cleanliness was not on a par in London, but ok nonetheless. we will definitely come back.
the only downside: we were not told our flat would be downstairs in the basement (still had windows though).

We had to request a change of apartment.
The first one that they gave us it wasn't what we had rented.
It was a basement without kitchen utensil like spoons, no hangs or shelves in the bathroom.
We think is not a good policy to charge all the rent before your arrive.

Please get some bigger plates. Really enjoyed our stay and would come again.
Thanks for the upgrade.

We were so happy with our stay at collingham apartments! We stayed here with ourselves and our 3 children. We were offered help with transfers and tours, we were greeted and welcomed with wine and a treat and a letter on the table, it was comforting to know that there was a 24 hr reception. Excellent location, helpful staff and gorgeous little balcony to sit outside on.

We had a great experience at the apartment. It was a 10 mins ride from the National Olympia Hall, where we were exhibiting and was at a convenient spot. The facilities were really good, cleanliness of the apartment was up to the mark, people at the reception were friendly.
Overall, a great user experience and I look forward to coming back soon!

We enjoyed this classically English apartment, receiving fresh flowers daily, and with helpful, friendly staff at the reception 24/7. Great restaurants & pubs, grocery stores, pharmacy as well as a tube station within a couple of minutes' walk. Beautiful street views from our lounge on the ground floor.

The location of the apartment was perfect for our family. Close to the tube and within walking distance of restaurants and grocery stores. The linen service was excellent as was cleaning. Feedback for improvement- would be to have instructions for the use of the stove/oven and washer/dryer, I know it may sound silly but in our particular apartment the temperatures values were worn off the dial and we could not tell the temperature on the oven - burned a few things before I figured it out. Also, the washer/dryer was difficult to figure out - I did three loads of wash and still couldn't get the hang of it - the clothes came out wrinkled and unwearable.

The apartment was amazing; it's spacious, bright, elegantly furnished, clean and excellent for a family with younger children. The kitchen was well-equipped as well. The television has a wide variety of channels for children which is a plus.
The bath tub could be more clean for coming guests.
Thank you
The apartment was very comfortable and well equipped and light and sunny. The location was very convenient to the underground, shops, restaurants, parks and museums. The apartments themselves were in a quiet street and a lift made access to upper floors with cases easy. Although it was a one-bedroomed apartment, it was quite spacious and there was plenty of storage space for clothes and food. Extras such as a daily paper, a safe, washing powder and washing up liquid and cleaning materials in the kitchen were a welcome convenience for a short term visit. Staff were all pleasant and helpful in giving directions and information. Although I was only here for a long weekend, it would be a good place for a longer stay as well. I would definitely stay here again.
