The Allen House Apartments are located just off Kensington High Street, providing a peaceful and harmonious retreat just a stone's throw away from the bustle of one of London's most popular shopping streets.
Drawing inspiration from the high ceilings and large windows of the elegant Edwardian building, each airy and spacious apartment is furnished in comfortable traditional English style.
Please note: Some work will be taking place on the exterior of the building which may affect bookings between April and June 2008, however any disruption will be kept to a minimum.

This apartment has a double bedroom plus a double sofa bed, so it can sleep up to four people.

This apartment has a master bedroom with a double bed and a second bedroom with either twin beds or bunk beds. In addition, there is a double sofa bed, so the apartment can sleep up to six people.

This apartment has a master bedroom with a double bed, a second bedroom with twin beds and a third bedroom with bunk beds. There is also a double sofa bed, so it can sleep up to eight people.
The quiet location is a welcome contrast from the bustle of Kensington High Street and its excellent range of cafes, restaurants and shops, which are just around the corner. The wealth of shopping options includes grocery stores and all the usual high street retailers. Also within easy reach are museums, Kensington Palace and its gardens, Holland Park, Hyde Park, the Royal Albert Hall and neighbouring Knightsbridge with its outstanding shopping - including Harrods and Harvey Nichols. The nearest tube station is High Street Kensington, less than five minutes' walk away, giving access to the District & Circle lines. Excellent bus services can be found running from nearby bus stops, and are very handy for the West End theatres. Booking Procedure
Allen House Apartments can be booked in exactly the same way as a hotel: simply complete and submit the secure online booking form. As well as your exact apartment requirements, you’ll need to supply your credit card details on the booking form. This is essential for the booking to be made.
Credit Card Charges
Your card will NOT be charged at the time of booking but simply used to guarantee the reservation. The card will only be charged if you fail to arrive at the apartment without prior cancellation (see cancellation policy below).
Payment
You will be asked on arrival for full prepayment at the rate you booked at.
Security Deposit
No security deposit is required. However, you will be asked for an imprint of your credit card upon arrival to cover any incidental expenses.

Check-in is from 14.00 and check-out is by 11.00

Allen House Apartments accept the following card types: American Express, Diners Club, Master Card, Switch/Maestro, Visa.
Cancellation Policy
Notice of cancellation is required 21 days prior to arrival to avoid a cancellation charge.
If you cancel less than 21 days prior to arrival, you may be charged for the total stay, subject to the re-let of your apartment.

For longer stays and relocations, it is often possible to obtain rate reductions, depending upon the availability and the length of stay. We will always do our very best to offer you the lowest available rate possible.
