Each apartment offers a spacious living area with contemporary fittings and soft furnishings, a fully equipped kitchen and designer bathroom facilities. The following features apply to all apartments:


Sleeps: 4  Bathrooms: 1 One Bedroom Apartment
This apartment has one bedroom with a double bed. Some offer balconies. A sofa bed is available in the living area at an additional charge, allowing this apartment to accommodate up to four people.

Sleeps: 4  Bathrooms: 2 Two Bedroom Apartment
Suitable for up to four people, this apartment has one master bedroom with a double bed and an en suite bathroom, a second double bedroom and a second separate bathroom. Some offer balconies.

Sleeps: 4  Bathrooms: 2 Two Bedroom Penthouse Apartment
Larger than the standard Two Bedroom Apartment, this apartment offers a master bedroom with a double bed and an en suite bathroom, a second double bedroom and a family bathroom. The Penthouse Apartments are on the tenth floor or higher, offering great city views, and some offer balconies.
Please note that there is a three night minimum stay for this apartment type.

Conveniently located close to the heart of the city, the apartments are just a few minutes' walk from the Square Mile and famous sights including 30 St Mary Axe, better known as the Gherkin building. The Tower of London, Tower Bridge and the River Thames are also within easy reach. The nearest tube station is Aldgate East, which offers services on the District and Hammersmith & City lines. Aldgate station is also within easy reach, with services on the Circle and Metropolitan lines. Booking Procedure
The Aldgate Apartments can be booked in exactly the same way as a hotel: simply complete and submit the secure online booking form. As well as your exact apartment requirements, you’ll need to supply your credit card details on the booking form. This is essential for the booking to be made.

After your reservation has been made you will receive an email from the apartments with their terms and conditions, which will need to be returned prior to arrival.

Credit Card Charges
For bookings made at standard rates, your card will be charged at the time of booking for the first 30 days of the booking, or for the entire period if less than 30 days.

Please note that there is a 3.5% surcharge on payments made by Visa and Mastercard and a 4.5% surcharge on payments made by American Express and Diner's Club.

For all bookings made under the Special Offer, your card will be charged in full at the time of booking.

Payment
For bookings made at standard rates:
For stays of 30 nights, payment will be taken at the time of making the booking.

For stays of over 30 nights, payment for the first month will be taken at the time of making the booking. The second month will be payable at week 4 of your stay. Any further months are due every 4 weeks.

Payment- Special Offer Bookings

For bookings made under the Special Offer, your reservation is an advance purchase rate and full payment will be taken at the time of booking. This is non-refundable and non-transferable.

Security Deposit
On arrival, your card will be pre-authorised for up to £200 to cover any incidental expenses and you will be asked to provide a copy of your passport, driving licence or photo ID card.

Please note: For security reasons, you may be asked to show the card used to secure your reservation.

Check-In & Check-Out Times
Check-in is from 15:00 and check-out is by 10:30.

Cards Accepted
Aldgate Apartments accept the following card types: American Express, Diners Club, Maestro, Master Card, Visa Credit, Visa Debit.

Cancellation Policy
For bookings made at standard rates, notification of cancellation is required at least 72 hours prior to arrival to avoid a cancellation charge. Cancellations made less than 72 hours prior to arrival will be charged a cancellation fee equal to the total cost of the stay.

Guests wishing to shorten their stay after check-in should be aware that the notice period of 72 hours to avoid a cancellation charge equal to the total cost of the stay will still apply.

Please note that cancelled reservations cannot be rebooked at a rate lower than that originally booked.


For bookings made under the Special Offer, cancellations made at any time will be subject to a charge equal to the total cost of the stay. Your booking is non-transferable.

Please Note: A minimum three night stay applies to the Penthouse Apartment at all times, and to any stays which include a Tuesday or Wednesday night.
Stays of less than seven nights are restricted during the 9th - 12th November and 31st December 2010.

Higher Rates may apply to the following dates: 21st June - 4th July, 9th - 12th November and 31st December 2010. Please contact us for details.
